“I was referred to D&M Auto Body by two individuals and it was the best experience I have ever had with car repairs. I can now honestly say - the referrals were spot on - they are the best. From the moment I was walking in the door - they were extremely friendly - one of the estimators opened and held the door open as I entered and the two ladies at the front desk were also friendly and professional. I completed all my business with Bob and he went out of his way to make it a very pleasant experience - They were able to make the repairs I needed in this case while I waited and did an absolute great job. I hope I never have to return to D&M, however if the need arises they will be the only auto body place I consider - They are the best and I wish there were more stars to give them. “Great Staff and a friendly Family atmosphere. I can be a difficult customer at times because my needs are always one off for custom vehicles. They always go out of there way to help me checking prices, looking a bunch of stuff and sometime coming back again before i make a purchase. I used to be a Die Hard Elizabeth Truck Center customer. The RT46 staff is miles ahead of them with customer service and prices that compare to mail order giants.”

“I was having a problem with my 08 Dodge Cummins diesel I thought the turbo went bad the lady that answered the phone put me through to one of the mechanics I don't know I need the truck right away he said bring it by tomorrow there's something simple we can fix it if not I would have to wait till Monday he gave me numerous troubleshooting advice for me to look at and find the problem myself spent time on the phone with me let it be known I was not a regular customer I was just passing through town I realize there's a hose off my turbo could not find it at Napa's or AutoZone realize it was 5:00 and I was only a mile away from their shop should I stop thinking they may have a hose they did not have a hose but they look through the five hoses they went out of their way for me no they did not actually fix anything for me what they gave me advice on how to troubleshoot my problem and help me in every way they can believe me if one of my trucks ever break down and I'm with in 100 miles of them I am going there they are great people so helpful and they
genuinely cared.
