Maggie helped stuff bears to give to my family. I was hoping to get sound recordings added to them but wasn't able to due to store policy and my late grandfather's extremely vulgar sense of humor. It was a bit of a bummer that I couldn't get it done but glad to see they aim to protect the ears of their main customer base. I was able to find record-your-own voice boxes that will do the job. Everyone was friendly thanks again!

Don’t display your hours publicly online for 10AM opening, if you aren’t going to open until the whole mall opens at 12. False advertisement, when you have a toddler and you plan your day around them and get there for a 10AM opening to find out they don’t open until 12. The worker inside was standing at the counter with the lights off at 11:30, when I asked if she was opening she stated “no, the mall doesn’t open until 12” and she shrugged her shoulders at me with an attitude when I asked why it was posted for 10Am on their website.

A great fun way to spend some time while roaming the mall with kids. Easily killed an hour building a teddy. Energized staff, fun atmosphere, friendly and attentive as well.

What a phenomenal first experience for us - our 4 and 6 year old girls absolutely loved it and the staff was so kind and fun. I didn't find the prices absurd either. I thought everything was fairly priced especially since it was an experience.

The staff was amazing at this location! We had our son make a bear and then the staff dressed it up for us so we could do a gender reveal at home and we had such an amazing experience! They were helpful and took extra care to make the experience extra special for us.

I took my oldest to get his baby sibling a new bear and had a great experience. Jan helped us the entire time and was really nice to my kids. I highly recommend this location.

While checking out my payment was rounded off to the nearest dollar for donation without my consent. Once Ientioned to the cashier that I had not pressed any button for donation she stated it was because the screen was unplugged and it was automatically done. This is unacceptable, image how many people this has happened to this is deceitful.
