Every time I shop here, everyone in the store is always extremely nice and helpful. Today though I have to say was exceptional, above & beyond, one of the store associates ( Callie, I believe) helped me with a return, and she helped me find other sizes to purchase. She made it super easy and I love shopping here! Great store & great staff& great kids clothes! Thankyou from a busy mom with a 16 month old!

I've been shopping at Carter's for years. The wide selection of clothes you can't find in say w Walmart or Target. They always have great discounts. The sales personnel are professional n very helpful.

Purely a poor customer service review - double-check your return receipt if you are returning multiple items. I was returning an online order and the refund on my receipt seemed lower. I questioned the refund amount I was issued, and it turns out the cashier did not scan two items. At no point did she not acknowledge or apologize for her error.

Very cute clothes for kids. I couldn't find a specific piece of clothing because they have their fall/winter clothes stocked. I was looking for a Rash Guard but couldn't find anything in clearance.
