Tom was helpful and was able to get my label issue situated, since Epson uses an older QR process to ship back.

I had to have an excessively large and heavy package delivered to this location due to signature being required with no one home during the day time. Tom went way out of his way to help me safely get my enormous item to my vehicle and load it. I’m so grateful for his help and kind attitude. Give Tom a raise, FedEx!
