I had such a great experience at this FedEx Office thanks to Tom and his manager. They went above and beyond to help me load a very heavy and bulky package into my car. Not only did they manage to make it fit perfectly, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I even offered them a tip to show my appreciation, but they kindly declined due to company policy. Their willingness to help truly made my day—thank you both so much!

I had to have an excessively large and heavy package delivered to this location due to signature being required with no one home during the day time. Tom went way out of his way to help me safely get my enormous item to my vehicle and load it. I’m so grateful for his help and kind attitude. Give Tom a raise, FedEx!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tom at the FedEx Rockaway location! He recently helped us with a spiral binding service and truly went above and beyond. Tom paid incredible attention to detail, making sure every aspect of the binding was perfect. His care and precision were obvious from start to finish.
While working on our project, a sudden rush of about 20 customers came in. Tom immediately paused—without hesitation—to help them, and we were completely understanding. Despite the overwhelming situation and many customers being impatient, Tom remained calm, professional, and efficient. He managed to help everyone quickly while keeping a positive attitude, even turning a highly disgruntled customer (whose frustrations were not Tom’s fault) into a happy, friendly person by working tirelessly to ensure his package would get to its destination on time.
Tom is fantastic to work with — he’s easy to talk to, solutions-focused, and genuinely liked by everyone who walks through the door. FedEx is lucky to have him. He absolutely deserves recognition — and a raise!

Stopped by this FedEx to drop off a return package. I found the store big, clean and organized. They had plenty of packaging and printing service goods in the store. All available to purchase for a resolution price. I was greeted by a very friendly associate. He helped me to print the label and put it on the package. I was done in less than 2 minutes.

I would leave 0 star for this location this place has no customer service. They give you false information on shipping. Now my customer has to wait till Monday when it was supposed to be over night shipping. Basically I paid $87.10
for 3 day shipping. I should stick with USPS priority mail $19 for 3 days FedEx is a scam keep up the bad work hope you get shut down soon. I could imagine all the people you do this to. Stay away from this Rockaway NJ location

I had an extremely unpleasant experience as a customer. I had to reroute my new grill to a pickup location as ApplePay had my old Rockaway address, and I didn't want to inconvenience the new owners. Despite using the vendor and FedEx website to make the diversion, the young man at the pickup location was unhelpful, unfriendly, and excessively rigid in following the rules. Although I understand that many might suggest using a different location, this particular one is my only option. However, following this incident, I informed Monument Grills, the grill vendor, that they should reconsider using a third-party service that values their customers' experience.
Attention FedEx leadership, it is imperative to address the issue at hand. I strongly recommend immediate retraining for the individual in question to improve their customer service skills and professional conduct. Their behavior damages the company's reputation, especially in a competitive market. I have attached the purchase information for your investigation to prevent future customers from experiencing similar harassment at the Rockaway Mall location.
(By the way I had to ask to borrow his pen, cart etc., as he offered me zero help and interest in helping to resolve any issue)
Your prompt action in this matter is greatly appreciated.

‼️‼️I had an absolutely dreadful experience. I entrusted them with binding my 1000-pages NAPLEX book into three sections, but they managed to mess up every possible aspect of the job. Not only did they throw out 60 pages of my book, but they also bound it with completely unordered page numbers, turning my organized masterpiece into a chaotic mess. When I called to complain, they were clueless until the manager miraculously found my missing pages in the garbage. The re-binding attempt was a disaster; the font color was ruined, making it nearly impossible to read. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your literary work of art turned into a nightmare.‼️❌

Well the store is set to open at 9 am and at 9:15 is still closed. There seems to be management and employee issues.

I use this FedEx all the time for work, I bring in large, heavy and bulky shipments, hundreds of desk phones, network equipment etc, being shipped back to warehouses around the country. I've never had an issue and I've alway gotten great help with everything. I can use any FedEx on my route to and from jobs but I make sure to use this one because I know the job will be done right with no hassle or problems.

The gentleman who works there is consistently kind, friendly and professional, even when just dropping off packages. He took the time to make sure the package I dropped off was correct and ready to go, and was extremely friendly to boot.
