I would save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering online from this location. They sent my sister a shirt full of stains, and when she called to figure out what to do - the sad excuse for a women on the phone, told her “it’s not the stores f-ing problem” absolutely disgusting way to talk to someone.

I'm only giving this 1 star because of their front desk customer service team member. She needs a personality. Her attitude towards customers is not good at all. She has glasses, skinny, nose piercing, and brown hair. I didn't catch her name but she sucks at customer service. I was looking around for the manager and could not find one. Make sure when you guys hire people that young please make sure they have personality.

This is an unbelievably amazing store! This store has such a wide selection of items at low prices and the employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Five Below for everything!
