Was at the mall and passed Kids Foot locker. In the window of the store was a rack of clothes with a sign that says, “$14.99” on it. The rack was loaded with Jordan attire so it grabbed my attention. I entered the store and was immediately asked if I needed help from an associate (good sign). I asked, “is this entire rack $14.99?” The associate responded, “Yes that’s all $14.99.” I combed through all the clothes and picked out 2 small t-shirts for my son. After that I checked out some shoes and then proceeded to the register. The lady at the register rung up my items and said, “Total comes to $39.98.” I told her that I got both of them from the $14.99 rack and she simply responded, “It’s $39.98.” I, again, informed her that I got the items from the rack that was $14.99 and she responds, “well it’s $20.” For a third attempt, I told her that not only are these items from the $14.99 rack but there are many other identical items on the rack so it clearly wasn’t a misplaced item. With an attitude guess what she says?? You guess it…. She responds ,”well it’s $20.” After she saw the look of diisbelief on my face, she says, “I’ll do one item for $14.99 but I can’t do both.” After realizing that this woman had no interest in helping and really couldn’t of cared less about the error, I asked who the store manager was. She responds, “I am the store manager.” I asked her for her name… she said, “Jackie.” I walked out and will never return. You need to be better then this Kids Foot Locker. I get that mistakes happen… but at the very least try and hire managers that actually care and know how to leave their attitude at home.

I wish I would have remembered his name but he helped me pick out easy to put on shoes for my little one. He was very helpful and pleasant and needs a raise! I was there around 1 or 2 on a Sunday kinda busy but he got me in and out! Thanks ❤

Vanessa was absolutely wonderful and such a pleasure to work with. She was very outgoing, bubbly and honest. She was able to assist me in selecting the perfect pair of sneakers for my 4 year old daughter. Vanessa listened to what I needed and was able to help me find the perfect sneaker for my 4 year old. She was also very patient with my daughter and kept her focused. I would highly recommend shopping with Vanessa to my friends and family. She is absolutely fantastic and efficient!

Matt and Sabrina provided my family with excellent customer service. I've had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Matt on two different occasions. He was really helpful with my winning toddler. He knew exactly how to interact with her. He is amazing with kids. It takes a lot patience to work with children and he's great at it.

The service was slim but good. I went there and three girls were behind the counter and no one asked to help me. I think they need to help the customers rather then talk. And they need to get more sizes and not just high tops. Not all kids are interested in high tops
