Told me they don't have bags and when they were gonna give me a plastic one they said no. I'm not okay with this, saying no to a customer over a bag.

Jon J was very helpful and patient with us. He is very courteous. We had a tax exempt form it was a bit of work but he did it with kindness a a good humor.

Signs claimed they had sales on the hats , signs all around them .But when I went to go buy the hat for the discounted price they refused to give it to me telling me it wasn't applied to that item .I took pictures and came back showing them the signs all around the item & they still refused .Same day my friend got charged twice for her purchase .

It’s an online order, I ordered 7 pants, too long have to returned all to nearest store. They printed a receipt and said it will be refund to my original payment account. But no, they never refund to me. My bank account has no information at all for almost a month.Called to the store, the corporate office and to my bank. F21 no one is taking responsible. The corporate office refuse to take care of this matters. So I have to dispute the payment with my bank. Never order from F21 again. They are such a scammers.

Total DISSERVICE to Forever 21 having a co-manager named "JOHANNA" in their employment!I went to Forever 21 in Rockaway to return 2 headbands & was told I couldn't return them because the tags weren't attached. However, I previously returned one headband with tag detached with no problem! I spoke with co-manager, Johanna who was extremely rude, unprofessional, curt & spoke in a mock tone! Johanna said the return window closed even though the items were purchased 11 days ago, (on 3/29/21) then she said it had to do with Coronavirus, then backpedaled on that issue, also stating everyone knows not to try on headbands & jewelry yet there is no signage while other shoppers in the store were trying on headbands & such items.Then either Johanna or the clerk at the register wrote on my receipt *Tried*Wish I could give a "ZERO" score!Terrible conduct - makes one not want to shop there anymore!Will reach out to Store Manager.

The store hours say 11am is when they open. It’s 11:33am and the employees keep walking by the door and looking at all of waiting in line and haven’t even taken the time to let the customers know why they aren’t opening on time. Poor customer service.

Nice selection of clothing but it was overcrowded and I did not feel safe. Ppl were on top of each other and there was not an associate on the floor to be found.

I LOVE THERE CLOTHS..BUT AGAIN I HAVE NOT BEEN THERE ON OVER 4 YEARS NOT 8 MONTHS AGO SO THIS RATING IS FROM THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE,AND THE FEW TIMES I HAVE. IT'S AWESOME STORE THERE WERE 2 FEMALES THERE READY TO HELP ME I WAS ALWAYS VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THERE STORE,CLOTHS,AND THERE EMPLOYEE'S NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCE AT FOREVER 21.I HEARD THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUISNESS?..I HOPE THT IS NOT TRUE,BC THERE CLOTHS ARE GREAT AND GREAT PRICES,WITH GREAT HELP..CANT ASK FOR MORE THEN THAT..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THANK YOU
