The managers are so rude i remember i got yelled at and kicked out because my little brother was using a toy we were going to buy, and the manager screamed from across the store to stop doing that( i didnt hear him) when he finally came up to us he told us to leave. I felt extremely embarrassed especially in front of all those people - the second time i came another manager was yelling at a customer because he was trying to reach somewhere up top and he was so rude. I hate coming to this store

Today my wife and I came to FYE in the Rockaway mall and David F. Was a fantastic help. We come from over an hour away in New York. And after browsing and finding what we needed. David had helped us and we found everything that we were satisfied with. The service in this f y e is fantastic and we will be coming back again.

Today my wife and I came to FYE in the Rockaway mall and David F. Was a fantastic help. We come from over an hour away in New York. And after browsing and finding what we needed. Pricing of some items is extremely high and makes zero sense. It should be obvious that when you set a price of a movie $10-15 higher than any other store, and then never sell it, that your price is too high. The employees have given up and will actually hide from customers now. I could have walked out with anything I could carry and nobody would know. It's really just amazing how badly this location is run.

As a regular, it doesn't take long to notice the store is under staffed, yet employees such as the girl with the curly hair, are clearly working extra hard to keep the ship upright, and the customers happy. Not the Hero we need, but the hero we deserve. Do something about the early closing times. Hire people. Closed 7:00 today. Lights out at 7:30.

Good store with friendly staff. I wasn't able to exactly find what I wanted but staff helped me a lot to look around the store and also suggested me alternatives. Really nice staff working there.

There used to be an FYE in the Middletown galleria, but they closed due to downsizing. There was also one in the Newburgh Mall, but they also closed due to downsizing so now the closest one is either Paramus down the guard state plaza, or the Rockaway Mall both which are down in New Jersey. Otherwise this is a good place for trading in old movies and finding copies of movies that are used that are in good shape All in all it's not a bad place it's just an inconvenience that there's no place close to me within 50 miles.

Horrible customer service. They are chatting and doing side jobs while the line is forming. No one at the registers. When confronted about it they just make up excuses and complain about their job.

'FYE' is the store that exists "solely" for Your entertainment value which sells a little bit of everything including: comics, dvds, collectables, games, apparel, books, music, electronics, and some other overpriced cheap crap nobody really wants, Lol. Normally these Pop Culture type stores have always been some of My favorite places to check out whenever I see 'em around. Although this particular one carries very little in the way of Music related merchandise so I was slightly bummed out about THAT but they did have one or two things that caught My eye. And I guess that's why it's called 'FYE' and not 'FME' because this particular location is Definitely 'Not For Me'. I'm still gonna throw 3 Stars at them cause that's the kinda Dude I am. Come And Get Your Shopping On!!

This Place keeps getting better and better each and every time. My friend makes some of the greatest foods all kinda and I am sure that if you want Indian food he will make it for you as well ? ? ? ❤
