Called ahead of time to ask a bunch of questions about trading in my Xbox one and. When I got to the store for the trade in they said I couldn't trade it in without a controller. You would think that would have been mentioned on the phone call. When i brought up that he didnt mention that on the call phone, i was laughed at by an employee (I beleive his name was Matt) and he chuckled through an insincere apology. Didn't appreciate having my time wasted and being laughed at. Hope they hire more professional, knowledgeable employees soon.
