Stopped by the store today to upgrade some of my work attire. I CAN NOT express enough on how helpful Edward, Bridget, and Sam were. It was almost like have three personal stylists. They had great recommendations and were honest with their opinion which made me truly trust them. Best part was when I got home my wife agreed with all their choices!!! I’m looking the best I’ve ever have!!! Definitely will be back soon!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and friendly the retail associates were here. I cannot remember the last time I went into a clothing store and was greeted and assisted from chocking an outfit to checking out… Aside from liking their clothing this was an added bonus at this location. Thanks!

My friend and I had the best experience today at your store! The three staff members on duty (we only caught two of the three names, Samantha and Ed) were so helpful and friendly, and anticipated all our needs, got us sizes, and were delightful. The place was so clean and tidy. We both left with big smiles on our faces.

Needed a suit jacket for son; and the crew at the store were among the kindest, most helpful people I’ve ever delt with in retail. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! We usually go to Bergen Town Center but being a Sunday, we went to the Rockaway location . So glad we did! We were unsure of sizes and styles, Joey greeted us and showed us our options. Despite getting ready for his break, he patiently answered all of our questions and set us up. Then Bridgette and Ed took over-and pulled together so many beautiful looks and made it all so easy for us. (Without any pressure to buy.) Seriously, the best and most professional customer service , and they actually made iit fun.
( Even for a 19 year old who totally dislikes clothes shopping ) Their expertise and obvious eye for fashion made an otherwise ordinary, and in this case, necessary, chore so enjoyable -I wish I could have them with us on every clothing shopping trip! I highly recommend this store, and especially these fantastic employees.

Beautiful store and great service! Just wanted to take some time and directly acknowledge Emma. She was helpful and attentive in assisting me in finding an outfit for a job interview. She gave me recommendations and alternatives when I couldn't find my size in certain pieces, and made me feel seen. I don't know if I got the position, but I felt confident in my appearance which helped with some of the stress. Thank you for an amazing shopping experience. Looking forward to my next trip to this location.

This is my local store that I have shopped at numerous times. The pieces sold here have always came in good condition and the staff does an exceptional job providing assistance with whatever you need. Del specifically has always greeted me with a smile and recommended a few pieces to me that I love wearing. Great store overall

I’ve always loved JCrew products and shopping in Rockaway with Claudia is so special! She shows me all the new product without any pressure and I always walk out with more than I intended!! Everyone there works together and makes it such a friendly environment!

If I could give no stars that's what I would rate the person who assisted me. I bought a sweatshirt while on vacation. Unfortunately the sensor was under the hood and not removed from place of purchase. I removed the sales tag and wore the sweatshirt twice before I noticed the sensor and at this point the receipt was thrown out. I went to my local store. Salesgirl was not helpful and in my opinion rude. Without recept she wouldn't remove the sensor. I found my credit card text from my purchase and went back to store. Upon entering the store I could tell salesgirl was talking about me to the other salespeople. Again she said she couldn't remove it without original receipt and in my opinion was rude again to me. Of course she gave me the false I'm sorry. I am over 60 years old and was treated like a thief. So now the sweatshirt is no good to me or anyone else.
