Stay away! They diagnosed my car to have a faulty starter. Took to my mechanic, and told me nothing wrong with the car, just needed an upgrade to be downloaded. They refused to refund my money on the wrong diagnosis. Be careful!!!!

Well, my daughter just had her car back from the dealership and they said the last people who touched the cabin air filter jiffy Lube of Rockaway put in the wrong size causing mice to get into the Dashboard and creating issues with air conditioning.?

I have brought my car ALL over. From mavis to the dealership I bought my car from. I needed an oil change and didn't have time to set up an appointment at my dealership. I called Jiffy Lube and they said bring it in. There was NO wait. They took my car right in and even brought my carbon filter out so I can see how NASTY it was. Like I said I have brought my car to the dealership where I bought my car from and they overlooked my carbon filter every time. I will be bringing my car here from now on. They are trustworthy which is hard to find now a days! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I just went to get an oil change at Chevrolet for my Chevy Traverse and they showed me the air filter and engine filter that was supposed to have been changed during my last oil change at Jiffy Lube, this place. It was so dirty and definitely never changed. They scammed me and charged my company.
Avoid this place.
