Our wedding was held outside at a private residence on Lake Hopatcong and ensuring the offsite catering (both the food and service) ran smoothly was critical for this plated, sit down event of 130 people. Ben and Liz worked with us through all the details leading up to the event and did an awesome job the day of. Our guests loved the creative passed hors d'oeuvres (Gazpacho Shooter, Bison Steak Tartare etc.) during cocktail hour. “(Truck Driver, 53ft trailer) Good shipper to pick up from, always friendly and fast. The only thing that holds you up here is your skill at blind side backing. Normal backing is possible, I just ironically find it easier to blind side into the docks here due to the layout. Enjoy :)”
