“Needed an MRI of my hand. The last place that I had it done was no longer doing extremity MRI's. A few of the imaging places that I contacted refused me because I am a wheelchair user (paraplegic) and I can not transfer from my wheelchair on my own. They would not offer any help. I am an old dinosaur, far from being in good health and I could not rely on my friends because they're in even worse shape than me. After searching the internet, I came across ImageCare in Denville, NJ. My first contact was with Lisa who is the sweetest, accommodating person that I've come across in a long time. I explained my situation to her and she said "let me see what I can do and I'll get back to you" A little while later, Lisa called me and said that in order for ImageCare to help me, she would tell the owners, Mike and his son Brian about my situation. After Lisa spoke to Mike and Brian, they agreed that I was going to get that MRI. I made an appointment for 3/2/21 and when I showed up, Mike and Brian were waiting there and the both of them picked me up out of my wheelchair and placed me on the non metallic chair in the MRI room. They struggled a little because you have to keep in mind that I am NOT a lightweight, but they got me in that chair. I met Laura the MRI tech who further reassured me and made me feel comfortable. After the procedure was done, Mike and Brian got me back into my wheelchair. You have to keep in mind that they didn't have to do what they did, but they did. Most people go into business to make money. I'm sure that Mike and his son Brian also did the same. However Mike and Brian are a little extra special because they were willing to help someone in need and less fortunate than others. I salute ImageCare with my Thanks to Lisa, Laura, Mike and Brian.. God bless these guys, they're good people.”
“This is (or was) the best kept secret. I've been in and out of here with no appointment in 10 minutes and with an appointment, right on time. I'm hearing this location closed which is very upsetting. My husband and I use this Labcorp all the time. The staff are friendly and professional. I can't believe they are closed. Now I guess I have to go to Roxbury which is actually closer to me but I preferred the Lake Hopatcong location.”

“Surprised to see negative reviews, I've had nothing but a good experience at this location of Labcorp. I've come in a few times for various tests and there is always a very short wait time. The staff is always friendly and the actual blood test is always done well - quick and pain free. This is where I'll continue to go for any blood work needs.”
“Today I had ultrasound guided procedure performed here on the left shoulder. The young woman who guided me in and explained everything was fantastic beyond expectations. She was promptly joined by the two Doctors who performed the procedures. They all answered any and all questions and I felt comfortable in their care. Now enduring the rather painful recovery which I hope goes quckly. Overall positive experience thanks to the very knowledgeable, expert, caring staff. Now to see how it all turns out.”

Good choice for independent, stand-alone radiological services not associated with a hospital or ambulatory care center (where "facility fees" are added to your bill in addition to fees for radiological services).”

They get you checked in fast and seen by the doctor. The doctors treat your concerns or refer you to a specialist when necessary. They make your visit relaxing and you leave knowing everything will be OK.”
“After countless tries of getting a Covid test i was suggested to come here. When i first walked in i ended up meeting the CEO of the company. He saw i was stressed out. Told me he will do a nose swab test and i will get results in 40 minutes (remember that) i felt so relieved. First the test was not nearly as uncomfortable as i thought. Ceo made me feel comfortable. I ended up getting my test result the following evening. I have heard people waiting almost a week for results from here. Althought i didnt get my result like i was promised i did get it sooner then others. So i would still recommend them.”

“Usually go to Succasunna which is closer. However after a recent bad experience with a "flub"otomist I tried this Rockaway Walgreens location instead and it was terrific. Easy to make appointments. Caity (phlebotomist) is super - easily managed my tiny veins - painless and no bruise and got the job done.”
