Please DO NOT consider this branch, super unacceptable and ridiculous service from Marija, she threw the bad attitude right away. I understand their jobs is The staff are rude and unfriendly to animal! We are regular pet smart customers, we always send our dog to PetSmart since she was a puppy, we just moved to this area and want to send our dog to this branch on Sunday, after they spent half hour for our check in, they just informed us they couldn't take our dog because the system told them so! We are very upset that we weren't informed in advance. And our whole family is here, this is super disappointing. We decided not to continue the service, because we couldn't leave our baby with such a bad and rude attitude to our dog. We will not come back anymore! Please DO NOT consider this branch at all.

They don't let you interact with an animal before buying. They expect you to pick one like a toy

With competition all around them as in big box stores and supermarkets. PetSmart still stands above them all. Why cause they carry the Big brands and the supermarket brands. I go there for my cats' food our domestic cat eat Blue Buffalo weight control. She also likes Science Hill of course which they carry. I also get our feral cat food from here. I am trying to get him to eat a healthy version of the wet food. Who do I trust to offer those brands none other than PetSmart.
Now I am one who loves dogs but not the responsibility of the dog. If I did oh all the goodies and treats I can buy here is ridiculously awesome. When I am here of course I look at the cats up for adoption. So tempted I am a Cat Daddy no pun intended. PetSmart you keep my brands I like you will allows get my money

Be prepared to wait in the checkout line longer than the time you’re shopping.. happens every single time. Only 1 register ever open with atleast 5 people waiting In line 10+ min wait. Needs to improve

Do not take your pet here for grooming! I dropped off my dog and an hour later the groomer called and said that my dog was having really bad anxiety. My dog is older however she has always been fine getting groomed. By the time I got there, she was in Banfield next door on a heart monitor. She was shaved to the skin on half of her body and then groomer stopped because of her anxiety Something really must have scared her. I had a gut feeling when I got to the salon, that something wasn't right. It was dirty and smelled terrible. The one groomer had a very negative attitude. The other one seemed like she was new or inexperienced. The store manager didn't look at me or introduce herself when I arrived. She had zero emotion. No apologizes, concerns, or empathy. When I asked the groomer what happened and if there was an incident that caused her reaction, she paused, looked away and said no. I am mad at myself for taking my dog there. I don't want any animal or person to have to go through this. I am still so upset and stressed that my dog had to endure that horrible experience. Shame on them. Oh, and did I mention that I'm a combat veteran, and she is my service dog?!

I bought one of the algae eater fish from here and it died in a day. I called the store in the morning asking if I could get an exchange for it however I mentioned that I could not find the receipt and asked if they would still be able to do it and that I had it on my bank where I got the fish, when, and how much it was. I was told that it was fine and they can do the exchange if I brought the fish in. I ended up driving 30 minutes to the store just to be told that they can’t do it. I purposely called in the morning for confirmation so I did not have to make the drive and waste my time.
