The gentlemen today from boonton, was very attentive and on point with my request for more tobacco juices in higher nic and NOT salt. Had to get a little creative with the stock there in ROCKAWAY but his customer service was excellent and he listened to my request for tobacco flavors in 6 mg inc custards - tobacco monster is a highly favored one by many.Puff city has the good reasonable prices im consistently there and his service today deserves a shout out, my apologies I forgot to ask his name but he was in today 10-11-23 from boonton.Thanks!!Dana

People are scumbags, they have no respect for their customers. Every item they buy they put a crazy up charge due to the inconvenience of you needing it. If anyone knows this spot they would know how much of a disgrace it brings ripping off every customer that walks in.

The guy that works behind the counter is a special kind of guy, definitely of no help to anyone who needs some nicotine let alone, bongs smoking accessories in general. The guy that works at the Puff City in Rockaway with the long hair is scum of the earth and it shows in his lack of customer service

I bought a cigar that turned out to be dry to the bone! I returned the next day asking for an exchange and was told there was nothing they could do. If they are going to sell expensive cigars they have a responsibility to store them properly. I have to question the integrity of everything else as well, would definitely recommend going elsewhere this place cannot be trusted...
