We had a great time with the Sales Rep Guilana and her manager Maria at Rockaway Mall, Rockaway NJ store.They are very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs. The price were so affordable and the discounts are generous. We are happy with our new mattress, pillows side table and accessories. We love the place and we will be back soon for coffee table and one more side table.

Sold me a sectional that is horrible! Too hard to sit on. Have to sit on a bed pillow to get a little comfort and the headrest literally makes my neck hurt. I wish I never bought this. Sales person was nice but she was there to sell to earn her commission and I, unfortunately, bought too quickly.

I had to give 1 star to write review. I was discriminated as a woman by a male employee in this store from another country ( their words not mine) Waiting weeks for a call back from a store manager and nothing. I have asked twice to have this escalated to the district /regional manager. But I am being told no that I have to wait and speak to a different store manager first. But she won't be back till Sunday. So now I wait with my broken item.. but they have my money. The item that was working and hanging in the store, they would not sell it to me, but come to find out they did sell to somebody else.I will put a follow up review after speaking to the store manager before I can speak to the "district manager"

We purchase a Smartlife bed a little over a year ago. At the time of purchase, we were not told that the mattress and the adjustable base were two separate entities. If one or another has any problem we need to deal with it separately. I found this out two months ago when the adjustable base started to not work properly. I mean you spend over 8k on this thing you would hoping at least to have good services but nope! The base company is extremely difficult to deal with or even have anyone come out for service. They will make you try to fix it yourself first and ask you to purchase different parts that they think may cause the problem, but after all, it's still not working. I'm so regret we went with this. The time of purchase the salesperson will tell you all these wonderful things but not the negative part. The bed itself is comfortable but the base that comes with it breaks down on me times in a little bit over a year. Before you purchase a Smartlife bed make sure you realize all these things and buy an extended protection plan which we weren't told about.They will tell you it has 10-year warranty, BUT please realize that it's just the bed not the base, and the base breaks down easily. And they just told us that if the issue is with the mattress we need to contact the its manufacturer.

What an amazing experience! Our sales rep Anamarie was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product! She was able to quickly find us the perfect sectional for our needs and answered all our questions and even our concerns about it! Look forward to working with her again!

Our sales person Guilliana Rios was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Store manager was very nice too! Another girl helped us look for a rug I had seen in a picture and managed to find it on the floor among the tons of rugs in store. Finance check out person was also very nice. Delivery was on time and delivery person very nice too! All in hall a pleasant experience! Thank you!

This store is amazing, I recently had an issue with a mattress where the showroom manager Neveline had no idea about the process with doing a comfort reselect on a mattress she told me all the wrong information. I then had the pleasure of talking with the store manager Maria who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable she helped me get my mattress exchanged the correct way. I would also like to shout out to my sales associate Bastian who was excellent and very personable and professional. He followed up on everything and helped me the whole way through my experience. I was originally going to stop shopping here but thanks to the store manager and my sales associate Bastian I will never shop anywhere else for furniture.

I’ve had the worst experience with the sales and customer service. I ordered a sofa sectional to be delivered on 10/8. I called to confirm on 10/7 and they said they changed my delivery to pickup. I was upset and made a fuss and the rep told me to shut up. I spoke to someone else who said they will deliver on Tuesday and give me a credit towards my delivery and a gift certificate. I just received a call today and was told again they cancelled my delivery. I paid $3500 and still have so sectional. I’m extremely upset and disappointed and think I’m going to cancel unless I can get delivery as promised.After talking with their customer service team, they ended up coming out and delivering and my couch was beautiful! They also followed up to make sure everything was great! I updated to 3 starts as I love my sectional.

Annamarie was great from the moment we walked in on our first visit. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere! Great service! We will buy more from this store and definitely will work with Annamarie again.

When buying a mattress make sure to ask about how the comfort reselect works, they don't seem to inform you about how it works and once you get the mattress there's only certain forms of payment you can purchase the mattress with to get the comfort reselect for the advertised price online otherwise you will have to pay full retail price on a mattress that is on sale to the public that walks in the door. You would think that a customer that already made a purchase they would honor the online price to allow you to select the mattress Thats more comfortable to you but you will be stuck with the original mattress you bought unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for a replacement mattress. Would not recommend shopping at Raymour & Flanigan due to lack of transparency when purchasing the mattress. Worst experience and customer service. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

We had a great experience. Bastian was excellent, and the team there worked really well together on our order.The store is really nice. Large, bright with tons of stuff to consider and big fabric swatches to see the real color and material for special orders. Just excellent. Really grateful to have shopped there.

I'm so happy with the quality of the furniture and the service I received from R&F. Leo and RJ delivered my furniture extremely well wrapped and protected, then put it together in a flash. They were efficient and polite. I love my dining set!!Most of all, I highly recommend the salesperson who helped me, Annamarie (I've posted her card; the messy blackout is from me, wiping out her cell phone, which she gives only to customers). It took me three visits and several hours to make a decision, and Annamarie was incredibly professional, gracious, and knowledgeable every time. She even carried the chairs I loved around the store so I could see them against other tables! She kept in regular contact me with me by text and alerted me to price savings. I can't say enough good things about her service. I will be shopping here again with Annamarie as my salesperson!

The associate, Juan, was extremely helpful and very patient with the multiple request I made. I really appreciated that he didn’t follow me all over the store and gave me ample space to look. It was a great shopping experience.
