Spoke with Mike today (7/25/2021) about lousy deck staining experience I had with a competitor a few days ago. He was up front and honest as to what I could and coudn't do to resolve it. Unfortunately I'll have to live with the outcome, and address it in a few years. But it was pleasurable to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about and not just entering paint codes into a computer to mix some paint. Definetely be back rather than the big box stores.
