My partner and stopped at Shoprite in Rockaway today and found the most repulsive team working at the Seafood Section. We asked for two lobsters and they wanted to sell us the lobsters of their own preference. Excuses were that they cannot reach into the tank and that the prices of bigger lobsters were more expensive. As if they were going to pay for them. After we refuse the lobsters, as we walked away, they were complaining about us. Shame on you two ladies! We are the customers and should be allowed to purchase what we want not what you want to sell us.
Afterward, we took a trip to the Shoprite in Wharton and let this picture tell the rest of the story. Just like we like our lobsters with no explanation of cost and meat in them!

I'm an app user and have been a shoprite customer for years it's sad that a store doesn't honor its price on its own app and also hard to find items in your store with locations in app crackers ate by seafood now in your app but elsewhere in store. Watch prices at register

3rd time now. Whether I do quick pick at deli or order at kiosk. If I’m asking or ordering cheddar cheese they keep packaging American cheese in it. Not sure if it’s a scam because of price difference or no one knows what cheddar cheese is.

ShopRite is now following all the other greedy companies out there. The store brand USED to be MUCH cheaper than comparable name products but now they're the same and, in too many cases, MORE than name brands. SHAME ON YOU FOR GOUGING!
