Shopping in the store for a replacement mattress pad for our sleep number was easy. The person waiting on me was very pleasant and professional. It made shopping easy at this busy holiday season.

Was Lie to you by the Cel woman saying that if we bought the bed today, she would keep looking for a lower prices for the next 30 days and make sure she contacted us. She never did that. We have found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable and are trying to return the bed when we purchased the bed we were told we could return everything but the furniture meaning the headboard and the footboard. That’s OK because we love that anyhow. The bed has been extremely uncomfortable and we are trying to return it. It will only take the mattress back. They will not take the adjustable bed portion back, which is a little under $4000. This company has been lying to us and being very shady with customer service at every turn. Don’t trust the Google reviews trust the yelp reviews. They are much more honest on yelp. They only have one star across the board.
now we’re out $3999.. Shady company if you go on yelp, it’s nothing but one star reviews trust yelp more than you trust Google, all these five star reviews have to be paid for.

We haven’t gotten our bed yet so that review will come later. I just want to shout out our sleep expert ERIC. We could not have asked for better service. No pressure, just answers! Eric went above and beyond to help us. He is professional and knowledgeable of his product but also a regular guy you feel like you just met out and about in life. I highly recommend this location. HaPpY SHoPpInG!
Edit 1: Delivery could not have been better. CHRIS and GEORGE took care of everything! They were prompt, neat, knowledgeable, and all around great guys. I like that SN has their own employees take care of delivery. It matters who represents your company and Chris and George really did a great job.
*In a few months I’ll review the bed. Fingers crossed.

Ofelia greeted us when we walked into the Rockaway Sleep Number Store. We were looking to replace our old Sleep Number mattress.
Ofelia asked questions to help us find what we wanted. With her help we purchased a mattress and are very satisfied with it.Ofelia was courteous helpful. It was delivered on time and set up quickly.
We were very happy with Sleep Number and Ofelia.

Absolute terrible of a manager. Kicked me and my friends out because they were Muslim and Jewish. We didn’t even walk in fully when she kicked us out. She said that we don’t have enough money to buy a bed and that we “don’t belong here” if you are going to be racist and not let people of color or of different race purchase a bed you should not be the manager of a store. Absolute terrible service and an even worse manager. 1 star. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

My husband and I randomly walked into the sleep number store with no plans of purchasing. We were kindly greeted by Eric, who was patient, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. We tried a bunch of different mattresses and fell in love with the I8.
He was very transparent with all the options available and did not try to upsell us, which was greatly appreciated. We left the store and tried out mattresses at a nearby competitor, and the quality wasn’t even close. We went back that same day and purchased our mattress, happily. Even after the purchase, Eric checked in on us via email and text to make sure our delivery and everything in between was smoothless. We are so happy with our purchase and the service Eric provided.

I stopped in here as my first point of reference for a new pillow, but the service here was a shame. Ofelia Greydak greeted me kindly and helped me with the pillows, but when it came to my final decision to not purchase in that moment she was rude and condescending. I asked about the foam that was being used in the pillow, she asked me back (in a negative tone) if I really needed to go over everything? She displayed such discontent with my decision that she felt the need to state that she will not be putting in my information into her system because I wasn’t making any purchases, then proceeded to tell me if I was looking for something cheaper then I needed to look at places like target or Walmart. It all came off in a “you can’t afford us” type of attitude. Such behavior is a major let down in an industry that thrives off of clients. You would think they would try to make the effort to respect a costumer and be polite, but modesty here is not the best policy. Their slogan is passion. Integrity. Innovation. Courage. Teamwork… but I’ve only seen the opposite being displayed in the short 10 minutes that it took Ofelia to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Who knows maybe that’s the best pillow I’ll ever try in my whole life, but because of this interaction I will not be coming back.

5 Stars for Marcel, today I was in this store, the place is clean and pleasant, the service was excellent, Marcel took the time to clarify my doubts and explain to me the difference between mattresses and their firmness, and the importance of the protector and its guarantees I recommend this place, it was a very good purchase, since they gave us discounts for the 4th of July ?

Clean & spacious retail space. Eric was an excellent brand representative who took the time to listen to my sleep needs; we then tried every mattress & discussed pros/cons against my needs. Easy purchase process. Effortless & timely delivery process. Love my new mattress!

If I could give a negative review for a bed I would. I will make it a point to share my disgust with this company on any platform available and yet clearly there is no one in corporate or any higher ups that care. Sleep Number sells overpriced sub par products. The customer service is rude and clueless.Bed is broken for the FOURTH time in THREE YEARS. They keep "replacing" the same two parts. I guess coming to the realization that its a defective bed is too complex of a concept for any of them to grasp. Beyond unacceptable that I paid this much to have countless sleepless nights on a deflated sunken in "bed". The latest is that now they cant follow simple directions that service calls cannot come through our community until after 8am. So now its my fault and they cant manage to send someone ANYTIME after 8am because of our geographic location. Sleep Number is a disgrace and a total scam

I don’t know how this location has 4 stars, anyone who rated them must have shopped online. The tall older woman who works at this location is about the nastiest sales representative I have ever encountered. You can’t tell if she hates her life or just her job. This woman was extremely rude and arrogant when we went in to try a mattress we were interested in purchasing. Instead we were berated and humiliated because “she wasn’t getting anything out of this interaction” since we were shopping online. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble, do not go to this location. Better than to deal with such a miserable human being.

The sales rep was amazing and super knowledgeable! Would highly recommend if you need a mattress. You get a better experience vs. Traditional furniture stores.
