Just bought a new set of designer frames from Sol Specs, they have the most wonderful selection of brands, all for incredibly competitive prices. The customer service was incredible, I need specific lenses and it was no problem to order them. My glasses were ready faster than any other store, and fitted to my face upon pick-up. I won't shop anywhere else for lenses, highly reccomend this shop for all reading and sunglasses.

This is my 4th pair of glasses from Sol Specs. I absolutely love it here. They have a huge selection. You can find anything from Ray Bans to Tom Ford. Very satisfied with all my purchases and for the staffs help. They also got the glasses back to me same day with my prescription! I thought that was super impressive. I will totally be back. I love this place. 10/10 would recommend going here for all your eye and sunglasses needs!

After visiting a competitor eye wear store located at the opposite end of the mall and getting a quote of close to 300.00 for a single lens pair of glasses, I stumbled upon Sol Specs Optical and was helped by Besmir Z. He was not only knowledgeable but patient and made my new glasses in an hour. He was professional and easy to work with. His store offered many affordable options and I love my new glasses that cost 129.00 out the door. I called ,my son who is in need of new glasses to go visit Sol Specs. Wonderful experience- thank you Besmir.

I walked in after years of being overcharged and somewhat annoyed when replacing lenses cost more than the glass themselves. I decided to give the store a chance and after several weeks of wearing their lenses which are more advanced and much clearer to see through I am back to do what I can’t believe I am doing the buying two more pairs the store manager is great service is incredible and their turnaround time is unbelievably quick. I rarely write reviews unless it’s about someone great thanks again

I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years and this is by far the BEST place I've ever been to. Their selection and prices are great. After going to practically all the major chains in the area, I found Sol Specs in the Rockaway Mall. What makes this place so amazing is Besmir the optometrist - he is AWESOME! He is incredibly knowledgeable and has the ability to immediately pinpoint a problem and suggest a solution. I couldn't find anything I liked in any other store and frankly the customer service was lacking to say the least. I left Sol Specs purchasing three pairs of eyeglasses I absolutely love, fit great, and more importantly, I can see really well. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Thanks Besmir for all your help.

Great selection of frames. Have gotten four pairs of glasses here, including prescription sunglasses and they were done quickly and beautifully at a fair price. Staff is professional and not pushy like others in the mall. Go here for all of your glasses. You won't regret it.

Excellent service and knowledge. I was looking for a pair of eye glasses without insurance and everywhere I went quoted me around 400 just for the lenses. I got the whole set at Sol Specs for around 270.
