This past Sunday I tried to contact the store electronics department. The phone rang and rang and no one ever answered. I called at least five times. So I thought I would just try another department and maybe they would be able to connect me to someone. It really doesn’t matter which selection you make NO ONE is going to answer the phone.

What happened to this Target? Employees standing around, just talking amongst themselves. The shelves are disorganized and all around sloppy.

Really, 3 registers open on a sunday. Lines super long. Dropped my stuff and walked out. They need a better business model.

Went to Target to exchange some bathroom rugs for a different color we purchased the day before. When we arrived at the customer service desk,the CSR told us there was no exchanges only returns. Signs all over the center read “exchanges and returns”.We purchased items a day before and needed to exchange for different color but since they only did returns they gave us back our money spent but the item we wanted to exchange was more expensive that day. So essentially we had to rebuy the same items different color but more expensive because they were no longer on sale from one day to the next.No one offered to honor the price from the day before since we really just wanted to exchange. The manager standing nearby saw what was happening and walked away instead of offering assistance.Since we used two forms of payment we asked that it all just be put back on a gift card. We drove all the way home and realized that the receipt said that half would go on gift card and the other half would be cash. Well, guess what? She never gave us the cash! We had to drive back 20 min to Target to explain and get our money. Again the manager saw and walked away.Horrible customer service experience and the store was filthy and disorganized.

Self checkout more than half don’t work and they are the only checkouts openUpdate my wife placed a pick up order and after waiting about 20 minutes we asked a person what the hold up was she says she would check. It turned out even though the order said ready only one item was placed in the pick up basket. Still waiting for the order to be completed they need to get their act together or not offer a service they cannot get right.

My mom was trying to buy the pink Starbucks cup and two dumb girl cut her and bought two and my mom got mad and the worker said she was drama I hate Starbucks target pls fire the Starbucks worker

Pretty OK stocked target for products but honestly not great customer service. Took asking an associate and ringing the bell twice in 15 minute timespan and the attendant came reluctantly and didn’t help me again. Also, I’m not sure why they only have self check out open at rush hour mid-week…? This experience was just what I’d expect from a big box store in nj. Won’t be back. Corporate PLEASE READ:Waited 40 minutes for my pick up order. 10 cars pulled in after me and received their orders and left. Pick up employees ASK the customers to reset the pick up prompts on the target app so it looks like they’re meeting the service level time (from time of check in on the app to the time the employee enters the code on the device). Corporate needs to step in and reevaluate management and clean up the appearance of this location.

Ordered online and went to pickup when it was ready. 45 min later, they haven’t come out and no one is answering the department phone. Also looks like everyone else here is in the same boat. Never never never again! Don’t offer a service if you can’t deliver. Whole Foods gives you available windows when you can pickup … and it so convenient … in and out. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!

We use Target's Order-Pickup now. It's so convenient with our busy schedules. Our order was delivered to the trunk of our car in less than 5 minutes. We will be using this service more often in the future. You can't go wrong. Thanks Target, you ROCK!

I'm not sure what happened over the last few years. Was there a management change? This store has taken a nose dive and it must start at an upper level. The people who work in the store are doing the best they can. I have never had an issue with anyone. They have always been helpful. I feel terrible they have to work in such an unorganized disaster. They are doing their best. There appears to be no leadership. The pharmacy and grocery areas seem to be okay, but the makeup-up, clothing, and home departments are an absolute disaster. I never go to this Target, but I needed to get something quickly, and I was in the area. This trip confirms why I don't shop here. Does Target corporate no longer check on their stores? Is there a regional manager? Someone at Target, please help this store out.

I'm not really sure what happened to this location. It used to be stocked okay, not the best Target but definitely not the worst. The last two times I've gone there has been garbage everywhere, nothing on the shelves, things just strewn about. It's super disappointing! I really hope they're working on fixing it.
