Bryce and Brandon were 2 standup gentlemen who helped me today with a pair of frames and Bryce was very knowledgeable for the whole process and even with suggestions going forward. As for Brandon, a very, kind and patient sales person who helped me with a charge for my phone so I could get a taxi up out of there. Bravo to both of these gentlemen. Cheers

Very pleased with the services provided to me. I completed all paperwork online, day before appointment. All I needed to do was see the doc for the exam and they already knew what frames I wanted and everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and professional. The team knew what I wanted and took excellent care of me.

The staff members were friendly and helped pass by the time of an hour. There selection of eye wear was a huge variety to chose from for my insurance needs.
I couldn't locate the location because Google hasn't corrected the wrong address. Staff was friendly by explaining to me exactly in the mall they are located. I was 10minutes late due to circling around the entire complex trying to find the place. It was well worth the visit. Special thank you to my friend for recommending this place.

If I could give zero I would but I can't.
There's a lady there that shouldn't work at all with customer service.
This company should have people that know and like to work with people..
Maybe they should get trained because with employers like that I will never go back.

I like the convenience of making your appointment online and it’s a smooth process with a nice physician until it’s time to check out. I didn’t need glasses or contacts and had to wait 20 minutes to pay my copay. The person ahead of me was picking out and getting fitted for glasses. There were 3 staff members in the front that day but I was told only one could assist me and she was the person helping someone order glasses. As I sat waiting for 20 minutes the other two staff members were not assisting anyone…I think they need to cross train staff.

Someone else said staff was inattentive and scattered and I couldn't agree more. I filled out the intake form ahead of time, which did not stop them from asking me all the same questions again, which is whatever. I was told to wait in the waiting area but as I was walking away the receptionist asked me more info. I was told half way there and gave it to her. Continued walking. Thought I heard her again and turned to look at her. She wasn't facing me at all so I thought maybe I misheard. As soon as I turned around to go sit down she was like "phone number???". I walked all the way back to her. There was more awkwardness between waiting for the doctor where I was asked for my last name no less then 4 times. It's 4 letters 2 of which are the same. Doctor rushed through the appointment. I asked about the prescription and he said you'll get it at the front. Go to the front. "Go browse, I'll let you know once the doctor brings me your chart." Ok. So I browse and wander back over and apparently the chart came. Everything was covered by my insurance but when I asked for my prescription they seemed confused. The receptionist was a little pushy and said there was none, I could get my frames here. I declined . She told me I'd have to wait for the doctor to print it out so here I am, currently sat here for 10 minutes and counting waiting for results of any kind from my exam. I did an extra scan and 3 other tests and wasn't told anything either. This is a retail store and I'd advise you don't go here. Go to a doctor's office for professional service cause it's not here. An aside I found funny was staff was wandering around cleaning the displays but I've been here over an hour now and the half drank Starbucks cup someone placed on the display I saw when I came in is still sat there!

My kids were patients for years at this location, we really like the doctor but…front desk staff not so great. I was there with my son in November went back recently to get his new glasses just to be told that his last exam was in 2022 even though I had a letter from my insurance with date of service on it. My other son had his exam recently, I told them I will go somewhere else for glasses since they didn’t take our new insurance and asked for his prescription.I was told doctor is busy with another patient so I said ok I’ll be back tomorrow please have it ready.Went back the next day, it wasn’t ready and the doctor was busy of course.I ended up making appointment somewhere else,the other place called them for his prescription they said they will fax it they never did. After Covid this place definitely went downhill,the only reason we kept going back because of the doctor.
