Went and put 2 dresses on hold for pickup next day, I get to store and the girl Kayla who just so happens to be the manager says there's nothing on hold. I told her I saw the girl do it and she gave attitude and said well they aren't on hold. Absolutely no accountability and her demeanor to a customer is very unacceptable! Very rude!

I came here in a rush on Saturday trying to find a last minute outfit for my date and two lovely girls working there, Sol and Kayla both helped me try to find the perfect outfit, they knew exactly what I needed!! I’ve been to other Windsor’s before and no one’s helped me the way they did, from the minute I walked in the store. Definitely will come again looking for these girls lol!!!

I bought a dress for an event on that site, it is beautiful but it releases frost exaggeratedly, it was full of frost, in fact people told me
They hugged me, I left them full of frost, it's a shame where I stood, it was stained with frost and they say it doesn't have any change because it's a special occasion, I think they should review those issues, I'm ashamed of that dress. Apart from that, those who work there are not friendly at all. I don't know if all of them but the one who told me
The service was terrible, I bought it because I needed it, I'm not saying that they should refund the money, but in that case, exchange it for another item, yes.

The WORST Manager!!! I was in this store today to make a return I bought three items here two weeks ago and had to return two of them. The manager on one of the items said that wasn’t the item for the tag. Not my fault this was mistagged. She said her system was down and to come tomorrow. I asked her for her name. She said I’m the manager. I said your name and she said I don’t give out my name. Now I know why….she is very, very rude. The worst customer service ever!!! I really don’t know how she’s a manager. Maybe whoever reads these Google reviews do something about it. She is not pleasant to work with and I see in the past review. Someone else complained about the manager. She was at the Rockaway store location Thursday April 4th approximately 3 PM.

We always enjoy checking out Windsor in the Rockaway Mall. It’s a great place for my girls to get a last minute school dance dress because there are so many dresses to choose from. If you don’t like it too crowded, make sure to go during the week when the fitting room lines are not too long. Weekend lines are definitely a bit longer so if you are in a hurry but want to try on that dress before checking out, lines get long quick. The staff is very friendly and we always find new dresses every time we go. Oh, and prices are pretty reasonable for something you are most likely only wearing once. Definitely would recommend you check it out for yourself. They also carry shoes, jewelry, and purses. So a stop here and your night is all set.

Florencia, the manager was so helpful and kind. She helped me with fashion choices, let me know all the deals and even helped me with different sizes when In the fitting room. Such a warm welcoming person and store. Definitely come shop here!!
