“I have an old car, and the front bumper had come loose on one side. I called Bill to see if they could fix it, and he was incredibly pleasant, asking me to bring the car in for a look. When I arrived, Bill attended to me right away and got to work.
Since my car is quite old, the traditional screws weren’t working, but Bill used some creative solutions to secure the bumper. He also noticed the fender liner was hanging down and took care of that as well, which involved some time spent working underneath the car.
Once everything was fixed, I asked Bill how much I owed him. He only asked for $10 to cover supplies, but I insisted on paying more given the effort and creativity he put into the repairs. He politely refused to charge extra. I didn’t have cash, and when I offered my credit card, he told me not to worry about it. I insisted again, happy to pay more for such great service, but he simply said he was glad to help and didn’t want to charge anything.
I was pleasantly surprised by his generosity. It seems like a fantastic shop with wonderful people who truly care about their customers.”
“Branning did a great job with the car, feels like brand new! Estimate was quick, they work with enterprise nearby so they come pick you up and you can drop off the rental at Branning which is a plus! The have their own calibration capabilities for BMW incase anything wrong with the sensors - They are responsive as well, always pick up calls and call back. I would recommend them for anyone in the area.”

“If I had to sum up this dealership in three words, they'd be quality service, respect, and honesty.
From the get-go, my salesman, Jonathan Chan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the details of the car I was interested in (which I eventually purchased). Together with Chris Hreiz at the finance department, they worked out a price that was within my budget which I appreciate given that I am in college. There were no hidden fees; Chris and John were transparent from the start.
I had to get the car serviced for a brake job, and I used their service department. Great quality service as well! They employ knowledgeable mechanics who know the ins and outs of cars, and I am very happy with their work! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Justin at the service department took good care of me and offered to have someone drive my dad and me to a place for lunch. I was also offered a loaner vehicle.
If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I'd definitely recommend this place! A great team to work with; I could not thank you all enough!”

Unfortunately it ended up being a job that they do not have the space to perform, a total frame replacement on my truck. “I first met Dave Matticoli about a decade and a half ago when I used to sneak out with my Dad’s car in high-school and invite mischief ? whether it be hitting a deer (2x), reversing no into a stationary object or even being hit in the rear by another driver in New York, Dave has been there for all my mishaps. Gino Auto Body has not changed a single bit. Every time I fixed my car with Gino I was able to forgive myself as well because it was like the damage never occurred.
