Hard to believe they stay in business. Nobody follows up. Nobody returns phone calls. Information received solely depends on who you’re speaking with and might or might not be accurate. No idea why our union stays with the agency

Some of the worst people to deal with. They’re unprofessional, lazy, and don’t care about the people they serve. They’re great if you enjoy calling 17 times about the same claims they deny for no good reason. They take 3 weeks to solve issues and then repeat the same issue again and again.

It would help if they had professional, pleasant people answering the phones that knew (OR CARED) how to do their jobs. I feel like I’m talking to a disgruntled high schooler whenever someone answers the phone.
