These guys are kind but they really messed up my car. If I didn’t notice what they did in time my vehicle would quite literally have never ran again. He used a screwdriver to straighten my water pump pulley out, and proceeded to charge me for belts they never replaced, I would have happily given him the money to actually replace the parts which is the thing I do not understand— in all honesty it feels like they’ve scammed me.

Incredibly helpful and honest staff. We pulled up on a road trip with a check engine light, and the guy (Sonny, I think) took a look, explained the situation (it was just an issue with our gas cap), and told us we were all set. And he wouldn’t even accept a tip when we offered it! Such a nice guy! Totally recommend .

The guy didn't say one word but what needs to be said, really? Was a little weird but he's pumping gas in cold weather. I get it.

Unfortunately went to get an oil change here. For days my car was smelling like oil. We open the hood to find oil EVERYWHERE because they didnt screw the cap on and there was a rag still inside! It is a miracle nothing worse happened to us

I visited 525 Eagle Rock Ave, Roseland, NJ 07068 to fill up around 8:36 PM with my wife and two young children in my car. The attendant working the gas pump who helped me was not wearing a mask when he approached my car to get my card and fill up my car. We are anxious about COVID because we have people in our family who have compromised health conditions. So, I cracked my driver side window and slipped my card through to let him service the vehicle. My wife became concerned about him not wearing a mask and requested that I ask the attendant to place the card on the car hood so I could retrieve it after he finished. Upon the attendant's return I politely asked him to place the card on the car hood through my closed window because he still wasn't wearing a mask. The attendant angrily forced my car door open, screamed in my face "Here is your f*$#ing card! Get the f*#k out of here!" And threw my card at me. This really scared my children and my wife, and exposed us to this man in a way that we are not comfortable with during a pandemic. I don't see a policy posted to the Lukoil website regarding what people should expect during the pandemic when utilizing their gas stations - if attendants will wear masks or not. But this mans behavior is completely out of line and even dangerous. He should not be forcing a customer's door open, shouting profanities at customers in front of young children, and he should take a customers health concerns seriously given the COVID situation. I would suggest avoiding this station specifically, and maybe other Lukoil locations as they apparently do not care about the safety of their customers, and have poor hiring practices.

So I needed a bit of air in my back left tire. literally only needed 10 PSI worth of air in ONE tire and the guy o politely asked if I could use his air compressor for two seconds to fill my tire up goes "no, we have an air machine in the corner, it's $1.00". Now I'm not writing this because I'm trying to be cheap over a dollar. I'm writing this just to portray their customer service. I didn't ask him to do the work for me or to move the machine (which was right next to his feet along with the hose, and my car parked right behind it), I just asked him if I could borrow it for 2 seconds to put 10 PSI worth of air in one tire. Just between how he worded his response and the greediness displayed over one dollar, I wanted to share my poor experience here for other people to be aware of and don't get over-charged for other work. ... and no, I refused to pay the dollar strictly out of principle of not wanting to give them any of my money because of their greedines .

This station and the one across the street gouges unsuspecting motorists from Interstate 280 which is steps away. I should have driven just a bit further west to find a much better price and less grouchy person manning the pumps.

I love the work they do. When I can't get to my dealership - 90 minutes from work - I go to Lukoil. The prices are very fair, the work is great and take great care of my car. One time, I had to get a plug in one of my tires and they took care of right then. Waited a max of 10 minutes and it was done!
