“I discovered this pharmacy Monday when CVS was out of My medicine. I called and spoke to the pharmacist who was so nice. He told me to just have my RX sent over. He followed up our conversation with a text & even though it was after 7 when I got there they were still open because they knew I was coming! I had a hard time parking, but they told me next time to park in the garage & there's no cost! He explained the medication, & advised of possible side effects. I'm having all of my prescriptions filled here going forward.”

“Caldwell Pharmacy is THE BEST! I have been going there since they opened and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They know you when you walk in and will let you know if something interacts with your current meds. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I love the delivery option. I work in the medical field and calling CVS, Walgreens, etc. is the most frustrating experience. It takes a small miracle to get through to a pharmacist if you can navigate the long and annoying phone tree and then they put you on hold forever. This never happens at Caldwell Pharmacy! You always have a pleasant and knowledgeable live person to answer the phone and your questions. I recommend to as many patients as I can as well as my family and friends. However the restroom is dirty. My mom has dementia and had to use the restroom. I had to be careful with her not to touch anything. Such a nice store how can the bathroom not be well kept for their customers?”
