What really stood out was how well she understood both our home and the buyers in the area. We had invested heavily in the infrastructure and functionality of the house for what we thought would be our forever home, and Dani did a fantastic job helping us figure out what was actually worth updating before selling versus what new owners would likely want to redo themselves anyway. At first I wasn’t fully convinced by some of her recommendations, but she ended up being completely right and the outcome was better than we expected.
