I suggest going to this bank only if you have an hour to kill. The employees are always brand new. Someone will ask how they can help but they can’t really help you. Every time they do help you, it’s because they call their own customer service. I would NEVER recommend this branch to anyone.

Went in to have some questions answered about my credit card. The manager sat me down already saying there is nothing they can do and I could’ve just called. He called the assistant line, had me explain my issue and walk away saying “good luck”. Again, this is the manager. It was a waste of time going into the store and I just get completely rushed

BEFORE opening any accounts and wasting your time, ask to see ALL the paperwork with terms, conditions and fees. I just wasted almost one hour of my life that I won't get back, stopped by to open a checking account and asked very specific questions regarding services and fees. Why it took more than 40 minutes to open a simple checking account is beyond me, but when I was presented with the paperwork, it was completely different than what the rep had just told me at the start and the items that I was told were free, actually had a fee associated with them. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes while she tried to close the account - I hadn't yet funded the account nor signed any paperwork yet the process to close the account seemed burdersome and was not comfirmed because it needs "approval" from the back office. There are much better options in the area.

Kudos to the manager, Eric for helping me last month open saving accounts for my children. He was very attentive with them. I mentioned the that the banks in Canada have lucky envelopes around Chinese New Year for their customers. Eric said they don’t do that here. However, fast forward to today and I receive a call from Eric saying he ordered some envelopes for tomorrow’s New Year! Amazing customer service.

Closed my account today, went to the teller who sent me to a manager, manager was surprised I was sent there. To make the story short, checking machine was broken and very low in cash. Ended up taking cash in $20. Took 30 minutes to close an account. Terrible customer service!

So I go in today to have my Debit Card replaced because it expires soon.I give the teller my ID and my Debit card and she immediately bends it in half. Gives me back my ID and says†oh I'm sorry but I won't be able to help you today something is wrong with the system it happened earlier today ! “ so I ask for the card back and ask her “can I still use it? “ Sure you can they can key in the numbers manually!†Well no they can't because she canceled this card according to customer service after trying to use it and it DECLINED!

The TD Bank Roseland NJ branch are nothing but a bunch of dushbags. Came in to pick up some dollar gold pieces. They said they had $950 and we made our selves perfectly clear we were going to take a faction of it. Drove 15 miles in one directly only to have some bald heade $50 suit wearning moron, refuse to give us any. Even though they said to come for the part, the dushbag (bank teller wannabe) made it like it was the last gold on earth. TD Bank customer that was refused service by some idiot, my home branches had no problem letting us by gold coin on a daily basis, but this branch bunch of rude wanna be's avoid at all costs.

I signed up for a business checking account and was never told that it tales 4 days for checks to clear! First the bank does a verification of deposit which takes at least a day. Then there is a 3 day waiting period for a deposit to clear. To make matters worse i deposited two checks on the same day and one wound up one day behind the other for clearing. Also their online banking is counter intuitive. I have another business banking account with PNC bank and it only takes one to two days for checks to clear! And there is NO verification process. I will be cancelling my account in the near future. Plus, they don't offer mobile banking unless you have an account for 90 days. This was also never explained to me. DO NOT USE TD BUSINESS BANKING i was so disappointed.

I agree with other reviews. Good drive through experience, good counter experience. Almost always fully staffed so no problem with delays. Courteous. Easy in and out access to shopping center in which it is located as well.
