My wife and I love their custom-made railings and customer service. Reasonable prices too! I would highly recommend them. They installed two beautiful railings for our home. They are a family business that has been around for 30 years!

I had rails installed a couple of years ago. I contacting Cusumano to inspect rust that developed at the base of one rail. I was told to send a picture. After calling multiple times I finally got through. They informed me they were not responsible.After researching I discovered this happens when metal from the old iron rails were removed to install the new ones metal was left in the hole.This is poor customer service.

Constantly needed to follow up with them and didn't seem like any of their workers were in sync. Anytime a column was put up, I had to remind them that their workers did it so they could progress with the project. The ask was a simple railing for front steps which has now elongated to months!

We recently placed an order with Cusamno rail with half the deposit down. They said they'd get back to us with installation in a week or so. It has since been 3 weeks and no communication from them. I have called back and gotten the VM several times. The lack of customer support and quite frankly shadiness in this operation would make me highly skeptical of working with them if you are seeking any kind fo work/rails etc.

This company promptly came out and gave me an estimate. We agreed, and I asked how long until instillation. The gentleman said 3 weeks. I wasn't a big deal until a month later. I went down to the store and I saw my railings already made but had to go out to get the black coating. Then the very pleasant gentleman told me about 2 weeks. Another month rolls by and I finally get my railings installed. THE LOOK GREAT. The 2 guys that put them in took 35 mins!! Quality is there! Yes it took a while to get them, in light of the pandemic issues and manpower, these guys are legit and Quality is good. I would recommend them!

Cuumano Permail-rail is the best company to work with in central NJ if you want work done on your railings. I have worked with them for over 30 years on a number of homes that I have owned. They either don't answer the phone or don't call back. But they are fast with charging your credit card. If they say the railing will be ready in 4 weeks, expect to wait 2 months with no apology.

I was giving this company as a prime company, horrible workmanship, they had no clue what should have been done. They left the underside with burs and marks i spoke to someone they came back and I watched them on ring video stood around with a touch can of paint and smoked. Do yours a favor DO NOT USE THIS DUMP.
