Just started using this new machine; seems to work well and was easy to set up myself as I have used older models for years. The cleaning instructions are excessive in frequency however.

4 months of delays on CPAP machine and supplies. Exceptionally frustrating experience with hrs of wasted time on the phone. No follow up. No ownership. They blame the insurance but insurance gave full clearance WITH ME ON THE PHONE with them. Still only empty responses. What a time waster this was. Wonder why this company's culture is like this.RE: your response below.Yes, I sent the email to your portal abt a month ago and received no response. My physician has sent the order to different vendor who is processing it. You have a serious issue with internal incoherence in your company. You should get someone to fix it. Because some equipments are literally life sustaining, and i can't imagine the safety issues panic older frail patients will experience.

Not good service. I have always had missing items left off my order. I am setup for auto supply. and 5 years i still get mailers asking me to signup for auto supply. I know they billed my insurance for my Humidifier tank that i never got, this is 3rd time this has happened.

I had the most awful time dealing with Apria in order to get my CPAP order processed.I have had two sleep studies done - in Jan ’23 and Mar ’17 and they required the reports from these studies and it took WEEKS of phone calls to Apria to coordinate getting approval for my order.• While I have both reports on my computer and offered to email the PDFs to them, they refused saying they only take FAXes, no emails…UFB!• I arranged for both studies to be sent from the doctors’ offices to their computer-based fax system and three times they were not able to retrieve them from their system! One can imagine that doctors’ office have better things to do than repeatedly send the same report to a vendor.• Each time I called Apria to speak to a representative, I was condescendingly told that I had to send them these reports despite the fact that they had been sent once, then twice, the three times.• Each time I expressed my frustration and their representative expressed faux sympathy but up until the very last interaction, no one would own the problem or take steps to resolve the situation. Each time it was pushed back on me.• Finally, after weeks of trying and half-a-dozen calls, the representative I spoke to owned the problem and allowed me to email the missing report to Apria. Once that was done, my order was expedited and approved in minutes and I received my device in three days - HALLELUJAH• What a miserable customer service experience!

This company is horrible. My husband was having issues with his CPAP but they assumed we were being purposely noncompliant. We called and explained this issues but in spite of that they contacted our insurance company and convinced them he wasn’t using it and stopped covering it. Now they have the nerve to bill a crazy monthly amount and will not even try and listen.

Frustration and incompetence can sum up what you experience when you deal with Apria Health. With numerous calls to them and Care Centrix, I finally got the knee walker my doctor prescribed 4 weeks before my surgery.When did I get my rental? 5 days after surgery....does that tell you how important you are to them? The problem?Between these 2 companies, they were not communicating with important information needed towards my recovery. So they pushed me back to square 1 at least 4 times before I called Medicare and they helped straighten out the problem.This was a simple task that took over a month to complete when all it needed was a week. So what was supposed to be a 2 week rental will only be a week. Good for my insurance company and the cost. Let's hope that when I call them to pick this unit up they don't take a month in getting here.The bottom line after the fact is that Medicare informed us in the future to ask if there are more than 1 provider for medical equipment. If so, do your homework and pick the best for your needs. If you have to deal with Apria, have patience and time....you'll need it.

Superb costumer service. I was contacted by Diana Greer and she was able to guide me effortlessly through the whole procedure in the use of my new CPAP machine.She was very clear and concise and had time to answer my questions clearly.Definitely, I’ll recommend Diana for her outstanding performance, hats off for Diana.

This was all in all a great experience. Starting from the fact that they managed the work with my insurance company and my doctor so that the process was completely seamless for me to get a machine. Then, a very nice woman called me and walked me through the setup and usage of the device, the net result being a completely smooth process. I wish everything having to do with my healthcare was this easy.

APRIA Is very easy to deal with. Phones are answered quickly and you get transferred to the right person. Overall very easy to deal with. They also have extensive trainng material and make use of the sleep CPAPs easy.

Diana was very thorough in her explanation of the CPAP machine She answered all of my questions and made something that seemed complicated very easy to understand and Use The entire expirenece with Apria has been a pleasure

Terrible!!!! Called Sunday left a message asking for help, thought ok they are closed maybe they will call Monday- Nope. Now Wednesday still nothing. Their own message says will respond within 2 hours on days they are open!!! I will be contacting my insurance to see about returning their product since they are too lazy to respond.Ok as you see I received a rhetorical response from the owner.Well the email you gave does not work why not just be a standup individual or a corporation if so and do the right thing respond back to a customer!!
