Customer focus minus 0!!! For two days in a row I called 10 times a day!!! Now the girl is at lunch, then busy, then lunch again, then busy again. I understand, perhaps there are a lot of clients, but the woman who is transferring to another cannot take the phone number and give it to this girl so that she can call in turn? Do you have so many clients that you are overwhelmed by people who want to use your services?

Don't waste your time with them, very unprofessional , shipped my cars wiith other company due to lack of contact and after reading reviews on other platforms how " shady " they are.

Never use!!! The package was lost twice in a row. Once mine was lost and I was sent a parcel from another recipient. Another time they simply forgot to send the parcel, the parcel was in their warehouse for two weeks until I called, the culprits were not found, I paid for the air shipment and the parcel will go by sea.

Yesterday I set a time to pick up the package from home. I waited the whole day for the courier, at the end of the day I called the company to find out if my parcel would be picked up today, to which I was told to call the courier Andrey. I called and to my surprise the courier came to my home address and called my old phone number, although the day before I called the company and asked to update my details. The girl on the phone said that she had updated everything. And Andrei is indignant that I am to blame for this. I lost a day waiting. ??????
