Well I have lot to say about this place in specific special for management in the Week totally disrespectful and how he treats people and making think like he is the owner of this place telling me me he can take me out from storage with out valid reasons only because he wants telling me I know your account

Finally leaving this place after a long year (not sure how i lasted there so long) as most other reviews say, yes the staff is friendly and helpfull, however... my unit was in the back of the building which is accessed by two gates, one main gate that only works every other month, so no security there, the gate into the building is at a ramp that became the biggest nightmare everytime i would go to load/unload my belongings. Why? Well, first, the back area is made out gravel and we all know areas with high usage the gravel does not last compacted, going up and down the ramp was almost impossible in a low vehicle, the potholes were also terrible, and when it rained, forget it, it felt like going offroading. Lol.
The building itself (at least in the second floor where my unit was) only got cleaned TWICE in 12 months, yes, how i know? There was a few pieces of dirt in front of my unit and lasted 6 months, to my surprise i placed another piece of dirt in purpose and viola! Still there. Not kidding. The mouse droppings! Yuck! Thats all i am going to mention.
Stay away from this facility!
