Thank you Lish for doing a great job on my hair. I love my hair style. My dreadlocks are growing very faster. I love getting my hair done at the Flawless Touch Salon.
Everyone that work in the salon is so nice. I love watching TV at the salon. This Wednesday I was at the salon watching Martin. I couldn't stop laughing at Martin television show in the salon.

Been going to Lish for a year now and i can honestly say my hair has grown a lot faster than I have anticipated it to. For somebody that has thin hair it’s the healthiest it’s been in years. Started my loc journey about a year and half ago with Lish. She was honest, warm and felt like home! I walked in with one idea and with her expertise she explained in details what was best for the health of my hair. The shop is clean, bright and so vibrant. I recommend Lish ?. So as I was perusing the web I came across a review from a disgruntled customer who claimed to be “kicked out “ of the shop. I was in the shop with my daughter the day of this incident and wanted to post the facts. The customer who had an appointment was not in the shop at the time her appointment was scheduled. I went to the restroom and heard Elisha ask Sameerah for the customer who had not come in yet. When I came back out the “late customer” was sitting in the lobby and Elisha was already removing rubber bands from a client who couldn’t remove them herself due to her having symbrachydactyly ( no fingertips). The customer approached Elisha aggressively asking her if she should reschedule. As would be a few minutes to simply remove the rubber bands, and she could go to the sink. The customer blatantly ignored her request and sat back in the lobby. She was asked three times to go to the sink and eventually went. While back there she had a phone conversation with someone complaining about Elisha and how her time time was being wasted. Now friends……if your late to your appointment is the stylist supposed to sit and twiddle their thumbs until you come in? (I think not, but I digress).When Elisha came to the sink the client refused to sit back so Elisha could begin her appointment. She continuously kept pulling up her head to give attitude because she claimed she was late due to finding parking. She claimed she text Elisha to let her know, as if she was supposed to stop her coins and wait. After several minutes of attitude, head bobbling and arguing Sameerah suggested, if she was going to continue to be rude and have attitude she should leave. The customer hopped up and began to storm out and yell across the shop at both Sameerah and Elisha. She was asked to leave on the count of disrespect for the other customers and my 9 year old daughter. She proceeded to say if they wanted her to leave, someone should put her out. Completely uncalled for and inappropriate… My family and I have been going to this shop for a little over 5 years and have never experienced anything like this. C’mon ladies….Shop etiquette is if you’re going to be late, call and be prepared to wait as the stylists time are valuable. Be fair and courteous and respectful for people’s time and other clients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a 4:15 appointment got there at 4:19. Seen that she was starting on someone so I asked if I should come back after she is done and got kicked out for what they said was a bad attitude by sameerah and Elisha. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. All I did was ask what time I should come back because I didn’t want to sit around.

This is the one place that I absolutely trust with my hair. My hair is natural and was breaking apart. After working with Sameerah, my hair is now longer, fuller, and stronger. I feel so confident and beautiful every time I leave the salon. Sameerah takes her time and give your hair the attention it needs. She is professional, knowledgeable, and funny! A great sense of humor that will have you lolllling the whole appointment! The energy in the whole salon is amazing!!!!Services: Hair straightening
