1/4 of a star. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle. I needed to extend the rental and paid for it, but the owner reacted in an extremely disrespectful way, even threatening to call the police without reason. On top of that, he tried to charge abusive fees, around $1000, which is completely unreasonable.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. My experience was full of unprofessional behavior and an attempt at financial abuse.

Fast service kind and courteous if you're looking to rent Au haul trailer or vehicle that's the place to go.

Tried to rent a uhaul with them. They forgot to put the information in the system so I could pick up my truck share. I was left outside the parking lot at 9 pm with no access to my rental and without any other options.
