Buyers beware!!! Please don't ever consider going to this auto shop because they are a terrible service center who just want your money and once you pay, make a mess of your car with no warranties.
I took my Mercedes c240 for P0400 code which is an EGR issue and which i need to resolve to pass inspection. They made me pay for a new egr valve and collected $550 (labor inclusive). After leaving their shop i discovered that the fault code still persisted and so it was obvious to me that their mechanics are not knowledgeable on that issue and didn't do a thorough job for which I paid.
On returning to complain I was treated shabbily and even hushed by the rude receptionist girl for complaining that my car was stained all over and the key was left in the start position after their supposed check on my complaint with still no resolution. At the end if the day I left there frustrated, with my car worst off and me feeling ripped off.
I know that after this review their management will post a fake empathy statement with no follow up on my issue with them.

Took my car to get AC fixed. They did an AC recharged, issues was not fixed. When I got home the car didn’t start so it had to get towed back to Meinke. I brought the car to their shop with no check engine light, when I got the car back it had 4 lights on the dashboard and had to replace the battery. Note - the only issue when I brought it in was the AC. When I got it back the axle was leaking, AC still wasn’t working, O2 sensor wasn’t working and battery was dead. I wouldn’t recommend them at all

Be careful when getting service here I would recommend always getting a second opinion. I went last week to get my front brakes done, I took advantage of the Groupon they had but when they looked at my car the EMPLOYEE tells me that I need all four brakes done and my rotors done as well and it will be over 700$. I knew the back brakes were good because I got them done a couple of months back. He was trying to upsale me and make me get all 4 rotors and pads done without all four needing it. I went somewhere else and just like I knew they said my fronts brakes are the only ones that needed changing and my back brakes and rotors are still good for another year. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND GET A SECOND OPINION!!!

Terrible terrible service and even more terrible repair job. We brought the car in Friday morning, were given a “definitely the alternator” assurance by the front desk girl ( not the mechanic) a bit later, were given 4 different time frames into Saturday for the alternator to be replaced, and finally got the car late Saturday afternoon. So here we go. The car stopped turning on after a half hour of running errands. We had to get a Geico battery jump service twice, thinking after the first jump that the battery had charged up enough after driving it some more (the battery indicator was at 3/4 charged). The second Geico tech providing the second jump start noticed the positive battery terminal was loose and could have played a role in this failed repair service. We brought the car to their lot Monday morning 8am and left right before 8:30am frustrated, wondering why no one has shown to open the shop. We called the front desk girl at close to 9am, explain what occurred, told her about the loose battery terminal, ASKED HER TO TAKE NOTES, and at 2:30pm after not hearing any updates we call and she states “they’re going to look at it right now, we had 3 other cars to work on (?)”. I advised her this failed work should have been prioritized and we were not happy with this. Minutes later the mechanic calls, admits he did not work on the car originally, admits he was not made aware of the loose battery terminal when I asked him, and admits that we were given the car back with an uncharged (New btw) battery after the alternator was replaced. It should be obvious that a failed alternator will produce a dead battery once it reaches the shop in my opinion. We have been long time customers here for many years despite management changing every few months for years and will never return to this poor execution of mechanical work, ever! Btw don’t expect them to provide you with any updates until you call incessantly, they don’t pick up the phone most of the time!

Dropped my car off, it was evaluated and repaired within a few hours and it sounds and runs much better

I took my car here last year in June because my AC wasn't cooling and it worked for the rest of the summer. During the winter we use heat so I didn't know it had stopped working again until trying to use it this year
(2024). I went back and asked them to check why it didn't even last one year. They said my compressor was broken and I needed a new part and it would cost me $900 or more. They did not offer to give me a discount to compensate me for paying $300 last year for something that didn't last as long as it should have. They didn't seem to care. I took it to another place after that to get a second opinion and all tests and cleaning were done, it turns out I only needed to replace the free on gas and my compressor works perfectly, no leaks. I spent $240 and not $900 +. They wanted to rip me off and they did a terrible job with diagnosing the issue. That is if they even bothered to take a look. Shop around and don't believe what they tell you here!

Good pricing and had vehicle done faster than anticipated. Saved me money on what other mechanics thought was the issue. I believe meineke got it right. I was gonna sell my car before they told me how great condition it really is in. Thanks 100 percent will go there from now on.

Always great and efficient service. Pricing is fair and even below market rates at times.
