Sunny Kumar sold me a Van. He did not inform me that the car transmission will go bad in a few months. He sold me the bad car. He just wanted money and sold me a van full with problems. Every other day I have to go to mechanic and they are telling me different problem. I am already very stressed out and he will not pick up my call. He lease do not buy ever from this guy because he will do anything to sell his car and he only wants money.

In the past I've known this place to be super sketchy but under new management they have improved tremendously. I went there about a week ago just browsing around at cars. Keep in mind my credit is terrible so I came in already discouraged full of doubt that I can't get a car anyway. Sarah helped me beyond measures. She was persistent to put me in a new car and with dedication and the ultimate persistence she did just that. She had a whole lot of patience I might add. Even stayed past closing hours to ensure that I was completely situated. Im grateful to Ms Sarah I was able to leave the lot in my own very own car. She literally worked out every single detail for me and not to mention the super affordable car payments. I appreciate you guys so much and I will be spreading the word. Thank you again.

Very friendly and polite representatives. Purchase my f150 here with no hassle. The owner is very friendly along with his manager. I would definitely recommend this place for your car shopping. 5 stars all the way.

Recently bought a car from here, under the new management the place is much better than before. Service was good and salesman was super helpful. Even if u call they are always willing to help and provide great service anytime.

Please STAY AWAY from this misleading location. The owner "Jay" will threat the customer by saying "just return the car" if you were ever to call, regarding on addressing details within your binding contract. During the last stages of fully buying the car, Felipe (car salesman) secretly raised the final amount by 100$ thinking I would not of read the documents in which were needed to be signed. Shop at this location if you are willing to deal with the unnecessary stress of potentially getting a lawyer, ignoring your calls with any concerns and not meeting their basic part with the contract. This place truly has a poor reputation. I urge anyone reading to save your energy + time and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Im hoping to save another individual from a poor experience here such as mine.

It's a smaller place but the salesman was super friendly and not pushy. A little bit hard to navigate the area for a test drive but if they get a vehicle I wanna look at id have no issue with checking them out again

I went in to check out a 2010 Toyota RAV4 and the customer service from Nato was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a used car.

I bought a 09 Subaru legacy from Nato, and it's great. Everyone here is cool and always trying to make sure the customer was happy. I got there and they changed the brakes and tires for free. After my test drive, I hooked up my code reader and saw it needed a catalytic converter. I showed this to Nato and he said that they'll do it for free and he wrote it into the bill of sale that it would be free. 10/10 would go again.
