My gear shift wasn't locking into place. John made sure the job was done correctly before charging me. He had me drive it around a couple days to make sure. I appreciate the honest work ethic & his expertise. It's no wonder this place has been around this long & survived COVID. He's my new guy!

The machanic is very knowligable on his work, and he is an honest man which i appreciate because i often felt scammed and taken advantage of because im a woman anywhere else. Even this repair shop is small and he has faithful customers he is always able to take me and have my car done fast. Im glad to have given them a try especially since they are only a couple minutes away in walking distance.

Contacted the owner today to request an inspection on a vehicle before purchase... Totally friendly and helpful and was ready for me to head right over.Unfortunately I had to cancel due to the used car dealer about two miles away not happy with me getting car inspected before purchase. I have dealt with many scummy auto repair shops that over prescribe services... this place won't do that.⁷From years of experience dealing with different auto repair shops, I just know this auto repair shop is a good business, customer focused and an honest shop genuinely in it to provide quality service.

He’s is the go to guy! I’ve had a lot of work on my car all fromHim. Also tellYou the truth and a great price! I called him to look at my ac and toldHim my budget. He went as far as he could and ran tests for me all for free, he’s a great guy!

I first went to Roselle Auto Repair a few months ago when my vehicle needed a new starter, and after receiving excellent service there, it has become my go-to auto repair shop. You can expect top-notch service at Roselle Auto Repair and very reasonable prices.The owner (I believe his name is John) is very professional and courteous and always take the time to explain exactly what the problem is with my vehicle. Definitely deserve 5 stars!

Ok I'm updating my first review I made in 2018. After I did my brakes and rotors. I came back 3 more times to this shop since my first review back in 2018. I have a Honda accord I did my Air conditioner and got a new starter put in and i also did a oil change. And each time I came I like how honest the guy is. The price is fare and he doesn't tell you to do extra work that your vehicle doesn't need. I ask him if certain parts on my car should be changed He checked and told me no. most other places will agree and take your money this guy is not like that at all really good guy. I really recommend this shop give it a try if your looking for a good honest mechanic. Oh and one more thing for tires he gave me a better price than pep boys.
