Shoes came back nice and very clean. Pickup was straight forward. Dropped off 3 shoes (1 leather boot, 2 suede UGGs) on a Monday, pickup was Friday

Been going here for years under the previous owner but I must say the quality did not dissipate. The shoe repairman is the original from the previous owner and still delivers satisfaction. Lety very presentable and friendly and welcomes customer service.
