I see a lot of reviews complaining about the service. I didn’t find that to be the case. I walked in, signed in on the tablet, was called up two minutes later , and was promptly assisted with no issues. other customers seemed to ne getting good service as well.

Michelle was SUPER helpful with something I needed urgently when other tellers would just brush me off and give me a customer service robot to call. She took the time to listen to my needs and organized all my paperwork neatly and by date order. She went above and beyond. Thanks Michelle!
