I have been a Roselle P.O. Box patron/customer since 2003. My P.O. Box was paid for 6 months back in April 2025. I went to retrieve mail today June 24, 2025 at about 8:00 am and my box was still locked; I paid the rental late and they had locked it. However, even after the payment back in April, they never unlocked the box. I was unable to speak to personnel because the post office opens at 10 am. In addition to that, they are closed also from 1 to 3 pm for lunch. I reported the problem to an attendant at about 3:10 pm and requested that I be credited for the time my box was locked. She was professional and stated that she would relay the request to a supervisor. I will return to know the update. In all honesty, if this is the kind of service customers are receiving, it's understandable why many are finding alternate services for their needs and USPS is predicted to be obsolete. I hope this can be resolved, considering I was charged a late feel of about $25 and rentals for 6 months only are about $ 120.... and I have the smallest box...Smh

I never received my package and the phone number they put for you to call just keeps repeating itself and doesn't help at all I guess I have to go visit them.

The Clerk a younger girl is super fast by herself not so friendly but moves the line like if it was 3 clerks, my mail carrier is the man.

I had a situation with a piece of mail that wasn't delivered, I went to the post office to get help with the situation and the staff was very professional and they resolved it fast .

This is the smaller post office in one of the smaller NJ Towns, As well as the only post office that takes a 2 hrs lunch, every day.
2 HOURS LUNCH? Ooooh yes! And when they return to work they’re crankier than before.

Horrible attitudes nasty people and closes from 130 to 300 for lunch. Try to go to a different one to avoid it. Also I have a business in roselle and don't even get mail everyday. 12/23/24

Lunch hours are insane … 1:30-3 pm is wild. That’s prime time for such a location. Good thing i went to the post office on my 30 min lunch break.

I've never been so humbled by a post office before. How is this place even in business still??? Packages don't get shipped, everyone who works behind the counter is so rude I don't even know how you talk to people that way let alone paying customers seeking help you're paid for. Especially the heavy set lady who hates her life and has to make everyone else hate theirs. I never want to go to a post office again after my experience here.

Requested a redelivery and they never showed up. Now I try to request it again and they won't allow it. Also I had two packages over the past few months that were never delivered but it says that it was. I'm definitely filing a complaint against them
