“UPS Store is the best with great employees! I had a Huge cabinet to return to Amazon & William helped get it from my car to inside the store & bolstered up my packaging. He was a great help. Nisa was also a big help because another one of my returns wouldn't fit back in the original packaging & Nisa got it to fit.
Both William & Nisa were professional, knowledgeable, polite & helpful- they are a great representative for UPS & any business.
I wish our online shopping with Amazon allowed us to use UPS More (as a Free option) because its never a problem using UPS for drop off returns. - K.H.”
“Great and reliable service. Ashley was very patient and professional. Manager was good as well.
The price was a bit surprising (let’s blame the tarrifs ?) but outstanding delivery. Extra fees were for individual wrapping/separation. Shipped a box worth of 1000$ but all pieces were successfully delivered. No leaking or damage reported. My sister is very happy.”

I had a last minute printing job I needed and ever since so I went here because it was close and now this is my go to store for printing as well. “My recent experience at the Doylestown Staples store was phenomenial both in problem solving my computer needs quickly that allowed smooth transition and flow to our business but the level of customer service was Master Class worthy,
In 20 minutes working with Ben and Ethan, they had the issues figured out with my computer that had taken other places 4 days.
They had several solutions avaialble and were able to talk me through 2 options quickly.
I wound up not only buying one computer but two.
One was set up quicker than I had expected and was able to reschedule and entire day based on its early completion.
The second computer was done even quicker
I was quickly taken through the process of set up, securing files, face to face and with a proactive smile and eager to please service.
If excellent service done right the first time and quickly with total trust in their process is what anyone looking for then please go to the tech counter at Doylestown, PA Staples store and ask specifically for Ben and Ethan.”

I ran in with big expectations and to my delight this small business offered customer service and products that I wasn't able to find at the local Staples or Office max! I needed business cards designed and printed by that same afternoon and Jessica dropped what she was doing and took the project on right there, right then! Within 20mins my business cards went from a thumb nail sketch on a napkin to a polished professional card complete with logo and symbol ready to distribute! Many thanks Jessica! Given I don’t live in the US, I hadn’t done this before, and the staff at this PO were so helpful and made this a completely painless experience. My mind was really blown away by the tape in that place. The sevice is nice and there is a MASSIVE selection of P.O. boxes to look at (if you’re sad and for some odd reason P.O. boxes make you happy).”

“Certified mail was sent to me at an address where I wasn't living anymore. Didn't have access to retrieve the pink slip to claim the mail. I contacted the post office troght their website. The postmaster Crystal contacted me, telling me to stop by with my ID and that the mail will be given to me. She was great and prompted my request, and I was able to get my mail without issues.”
“No complaints from me, thus far. Our carrier Alane (not Elaine) is fantastic and the main PO in D-town is much improved from the dinky little PO we had through the 70's & 80's.My how things have changed.Be patient and Don't come over lunch hour.Come in the AM if you can.A full service PO.”
