I ve been going to 3 D Nails salon for years. And last time when I went there I spent $122 plus tip. I did chrome French manicure and technician fell to tell me that I had part of my nail dark and it will show through French. It was Friday closing time. I came home and was looking at my nails and that I saw black stain throughout my French manicure. I called Judy, the owner, and she told me this is what you want it. What kind stupid answer is that? Do you want stain on your nail. I told her that you should have point it out for me because this is your job. Her reply was we will do it next time. Next time?????? If I would manage your money and fell to tell you my prediction and in the result of it you will loose your money and you will start to complain. I can say bring me your money I will do better next time. Would you do it???? The answer is NO.
Anyway, long story short I asked her what should I do , she replied you need to cover it with another color. I took my time stop by the shop, thinking she will fix her mistake. Before I started to do the job I asked: will that be free of charge , correct? Her reply was : it will be $20 for gel color change. Is this woman out of her mind? I said no thanks I will never come to your place. This is such a shame that you charge money and not doing great job. Done with this place and I will report them to the BBB.

I just had the most wonderful pedicure with Genesis. She took her time and did a great job. The staff was extremely friendly as well. Thank you 3D salon, this was my first visit; I will definitely come back.

I’m sorry to leave a review.. but I’m going through a lot and I just wanted my nails done right.. I liked my nail tech his energy was good! But my nails are messy and we did the Matt top coat and they have spots that look wet and streaky .. he stopped in the middle of my nails to go have a cigarette… and he was more focused on everything around him then my nails and his work. I always tip $20 no matter what I’m in this business I know the work is hard work. This was really unprofessional! Like I said I’m chronically ill and I just wanted my nails done nice and right

It was my first time at this location. I got a gel manicure, regular pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. My nail experience was very relaxing. I received great hand and leg massages. my nails and eyebrows came out great. Definitely will be going back.

Love this place!! The owner is SO nice all of the staff are so nice and really happy. They always do an amazing job on my uv gel fill in and pedi and have extremely competitive and reasonable prices. Don’t hesitate give them a try!

Creativity and impeccability lends this salon as a standout.
However, the biggest attraction is the people. The manager is so kind all the time as are the people she manages. She really cares. Every nail experience is a great outcome. Very happy.

This salon does an amazing job on my nails! Ty was able to perfectly do the design that I wanted with lots of intricate lines and French tips and it turned out gorgeous. He did such a great job and everyone who works at this salon is so sweet. I'm always happy with my nails when I leave and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
