Had a great experience with Move In Storage! Colleen, the property manager, was super friendly and easy to talk to. She really knew her stuff and made the whole process way less stressful. Any questions I had, she handled it professionally and made sure I felt comfortable. Honestly just a smooth, positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and the process was fast. Coleen the manager explained everything perfectly ! She took the time to show me options and I enrolled in a unit. I DEFINITELY recommend this place for storage.

Honestly, I was about to look elsewhere. My initial attempts to contact Moove were by telephone. Each time my calls were answered by a service in India. One representative claimed I was speaking to Colorado. Instead of direct answers, I got ...mmm... lubricated. Finally, I went directly to the site in Ledgewood NJ. and was greeted by Ms. Coleen Pepe. What a delight!. She was efficient as well as affable. Fingers crossed, hopefully she will be with Moove for some time. Five stars is a rarity for me. But, Ms.Pepe earned them.

We had an amazing experience at Moove in yesterday. The manager and new staff member are so helpful, sweet and have a great sense of humor. It’s really hard to find such down to earth people in this world nowadays. They were thorough and willing to answer any questions we had. They are far from miserable people and very pleasant from the minute we walked in the door. It was a very homey experience, I feel more than safe with my stuff there. I will go back to the office just to say hello to them every time I go!
