Highly overpriced, very rarely get to see the vet, and if you need them to contact a company about your dogs heart guard, don't count on it. They are to busy to make a call to confirm a prescription. Not to mention, when I brought my cat in with concerns over his health they charged $275 for blood work and didn't follow-up, I had to, luckily there was nothing wrong.

I had the most horrible experience at this Vets office. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will tell all not to go anymore if they do already go there now.I went their with my beloved dog of 19 years sadly to have to put him down. It was such a hard decision but did not want my dog to suffer so felt it was time. Heartbroken to have to do it I hoped to have my dog peacefully go to the Rainbow bridge in his last moments in no pain but the exact opposite happened here. They felt they needed to sedate my dog before the euthanizing him which you would think that would be calming and release my dog of any anxiety that he may be feeling just because he was in the vets office. The Vet then administered the sedative Telazol and my poor dog let out a loud cry and pooped and peed himself before he passed out. All signs of him being in pain and Seeing him being in such destress in his very last minutes of his life was traumatizing as we looked on with horror and a heartbreaking feeling for my poor dog and so not necessary. I have had other dogs euthanized and never like this, it was done peacefully for the dog although still heartbreaking to see dog pass we knew the best for our beloved dogs. To see the pain my dog went through in his last moments of life was gut wrenching and so preventable.I later found out from another vet from another office that the drug Telazol which this vet used on my dog causes burning and discomfort and she chooses other drugs to sedate dogs for that reason. There is nothing I can do for my beloved dog now except feel horrible and heartbroken that this happen to him. But I can prevent other animals and people who love their animals not to have to go through this traumatizing andheartbreaking experience by telling you never to go to this place. On their receipt for payment they say We Care for your Pets but it is so obvious that they don't. Knowing this drug causes that kind of pain to a dog at moment of being euthanized or anytime and still using that drug they obviously don't care at all for your pet.I rate this place a 0 and will tell all I know never to go there. The vet that administered this drug to my dog was Dr. Victor Villari. Stay away from this vets office!

Sweet staff, kind doctors and very empathetic. I had to put my parakeet down today and the doctor was so patient and kind with her and me. Very very reasonably priced. Thank you for taking care of us today.

My cat belle was very sick around my university graduation and I brought her into Animal Care Centers in Landing, NJ. I was so worried around that time about her. She was so weak and wasn’t eating. The doctors and staff were so friendly, caring and understanding and the hospital was so clean and welcoming. Belle prefers to be around women but Dr. Victor Villari was amazing and did a phenomenal job. Now belle is more comfortable with men and is more open to visitors at home. Dr. Villari gave her Anti Viral Medications and Antibiotics and slowly but surely she started eating again and most importantly started to become more and more like herself again. I’m so thankful for bringing her in here because it saved her life. Dr. Victor Villari and the whole staff in Animal Care Centers saved her life and for that - I am forever grateful!! :) ^______^Thank you for everything - I really mean that and I really appreciate it. belle means the world to me and I hope she lives a very long, full and happy life with us.I am filled with joy and gratitude.I couldn’t recommend you all more!!Take care and be safe, marla

Very nice place, but I made the decision last year to transfer to a new vet for both my dog and cat after hearing multiple viewpoints on care for my pets. I didn't trust them and needed another opinion. There are 5 vets in the practice and they all have different views on treatments. If you want the best care for your pet please choose a different practice if you want your pet to live. Best decision I ever made was getting a new vet.

I have been a long time customer and I've brought all my family pets to Animal Care Center for many years. The Doctors and staff are very professional and know what they are doing. They really show they care for your pet. They have helped us with new pets and end of life pets and I can only say Thank you for all you do for us and our pets. It is very much appreciated.

Really disappointed with my visit here. We normally take our dogs to another vet, but with limited appointments and an urgent concern with our dog we wanted to get him seen by someone. The front desk staff was very nice, and the place looked nice. However, once we were in the examination room with the doctor we felt very uncomfortable. He barely greeted our dog or gave him treats to keep him relaxed. Then, when he went to examine him, he went behind him which scared our dog and made him jump and snap his head. The doctor was so annoyed at our dog, that he didn't look at anything else. They prescribed him meds and sent us on our way. Found out a week later there was something wrong, and it was not hard to find and our vet was confused why he was prescribed the meds they gave us. Very upsetting I spent money for someone to barely examine my dog.

This place is outstanding the staff and doctors are beyond professional and amazing. They made my dog and family feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had been calling around all over for someone to see my dog no one had any openings but this amazing office. Hands down best place to bring your fur babies.

I came here very nervous with my cat. He had stitches from a previous operation at an animal hospital that opened up just a tiny bit and I made the decision to let the opening heal on its own. I kept it clean and covered, but was worried everyone would look at me weird for making such an executive decision like that. When I came in, the front desk helped to calm me down and the doctor did not make me feel bad at all for the decision I made. She told me the decision I made to let the small opening heal was totally fine and even prescribed wound cleaner and healing cream to aid with the healing. What a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. My cat baby has healed wonderfully and is getting back to his normal self they even called and left a message after everything to make sure he was okay! I'm so happy I found this center!!

Today we brought our dog for the annual check and four technicians were not able to draw blood. For each attempt they went back and forth with the needle. Our dog was very upset and could not support the situation and we had to leave without the test. They have done this in the last 5 years and today's staff could not do it.. They made me sign a letter staying that they are not responsible if something happens to the dog. I never seen this situation. I am really disappointed and considering to change for another vet.

My husband & I have been clients of ACC for 22yrs. I previously wrote a review detailing what happened in March. After reading it you would understand the 1 star rating. Less than 48hrs after posting I receive an email from Yelp that there have been complaints about my review and "your words are ultimately your responsibility and what you post can have legal ramifications, we're writing to make sure you're clear on that." (I wonder who complained?) After doing some research I discovered that a business can sue you for posting a negative review. Therefore I felt the need to edit the content. Our experience was egregious enough that a long time customer is never going back and our intent was to warn people about one Dr. in particular. UPDATE: So rather than claim the business and respond to my review from the owner an employee sends me a compliment on my post. No Gillian we do not want to see another doctor and there is no need for you to mark it in our chart because our dog is dead. We brought her to her regular vet in an emergency situation to relieve her suffering. Her euthanasia was not the peaceful passing we have witnessed with 5 previous pets. What we witnessed was in our opinion administration error and so traumatic that we never want to set foot in the building again. Can we now just grieve in peace or will this be reported again? Did that answer your compliment?

My husband and I are so lucky to have found Animal Care Centers. Every one there is so caring and so kind. Our cat Princess (she truly is) recently had surgery. Dr Hallihan and Dr Cassulli were amazing! Highly recommended. I'll never take my pets anywhere else.
