Worst experience in the last two months.
Refused to assist in transferring data from old phone to new phone twice in the last two months .
The manager stated today, “It’s his store and he can do what he wants”!

Awful. Came here two days in a row during hours and no one was there. Don’t go here it’s a waste of time. Best bet is another location. Also customer service never answers.

It seems they randomly close when we they need a break. I’m assuming they only have one employee working at a time then? They put a handwritten sign on the door saying they will be back by 3pm or after but even at 4pm when I went back, they STILL were not open. It’s bad enough ATT service is spotty in my area I also have to deal with this store being closed at random times on random days throughout the week.

Worst location I’ve ever dealt with. For starters I sat for an hour waiting on an employee to show up after their “lunch break.” AT&T has a promotion currently Phone 16 Pro on us

Offer end 5/15. Req’s trade-in of iPhone 14 or higher. Apple Intelligence requires iOS 18.1 or later. Terms & restrictions apply. Subject to change. Prior to coming to the store I spoke to 3 representatives in regards to my options as I have an iPhone 14. Current device has 199$ left as far as installments. AT&T suggested that they could accelerate the remaining installments onto the bill for the new device. Employee (Dennis) at first tried saying my device would be rejected (after picking at it) due to a blemish on the casing from the case rubbing and until I showed him the promotion. He then explained he was unsure how to accelerate the installment he would have to call his manager. The manager also refused to honor the promotion and to accelerate the remaining balance. I do not recommend this location at all considering their lack of experience and willingness to assist a customer with a more complex request.

The staff and the district manager are always very helpful and kind in store. They are patient with me as I always come in with complicated requests and they take the time to assist me without rushing me out of the store. I always choose to go into the store to work with them and will go out of my way to make it to the Ledgewood store.

Wanted to really express how thankful my dad and I were with the service we received tonight. The staff was so accommodating and patient. They transferred all of my data to a new phone and after it was complete, I realized I wanted a different version of the iPhone (customer services’ worst nightmare), but the staff handled it so well. They stressed it was not a problem, and made sure I got the phone I wanted. Even stayed late to wait for my phone data transfer to complete. Such a wonderful staff here and thank you again!
