The store is terrible. Called today to ask if they had a specific oil filter to fit my truck. Employee said yes. Drove over thru the Route 80 detour traffic and presto. No filter available. Waste of my time. Across the street, Advance Auto was more accommodating.

Last Sunday we bought oil for the car, when we went to the mechanic it turned out that they sell used oil, so people check when you buy.

Customer service sucks !!! Cashier was very unprofessional and started yelling at me to go across the street to advance auto stopped me in my tracks for a moment but my self respect let me go across the Street instead of telling him to go pound salt I went across the street where I was treated with respect and professional employees who go above and beyond for their customers I will never go back there to face that punk again !!!! 07/29/2024

Terrible service, which ever worker closed down your store on July 18th, 2024 left me stranded on the side of the road. All I needed was a belt and you hung up on me.
I'll never go to your store again.

Worst service ever! Never met people who care less! I came for my battery to be charged at the place. I have been told to wait for a manager, who just turn around and went to organize boxes on a back! I was waiting for 20 minutes, no one helped me. And the cashier was extremely rude. The worst service ever!

AutoZone does not supply the store with quality management and for the most part the counter help is always entry level employees. When your part fails and you return it for warranty compensation, they just pick it up to the next level until you get tired of attempting to get reimbursed. I was a customer for 15 years averaging $5000 a month in sales and they have completely turned their back on my businessnext level of management they have not paid over $4000 in warranty reimbursement. Do not recommend.

Nobody wants to check me out. Been standing here for 10 minutes…… employees pretend you don’t exist. WOW.
