I have been a BJ's member for several years, but lately, the quality and variety of items have declined. A lot of the items are out of stock, and no one know when they will receive more.

Buying bulk it's always better deals than going to the supermarket way overpriced BJ's is my go-to grocery store for all my BJ needs. LMAO

We shop for a few charity groups that give homeless and needy folks much needed food. Buying in bulk saves us money and this store has lots of affordable food items that stretch the dollars we have to spend. We get juice, granola bars, bottled water and other items we pack in our give away bags. The prices are good and the variety is excellent. Of course, they have lots of other goods like electronics and clothes but that's not our reason for shopping here. Overall, this is a good place to save money by buying in bulk, so give it a try.

We canceled our membership the very next day. Woooooooooowzers! It is so depressing in there. People are more lively in the cemetery. I give it two stars because of Francesa, the lady that helped us with the membership. She was so sweet. There was barely anyone in there. I loved that. They have their Deli & their stuff is always good. That's it. The variety in their products is lacking. The prices are pretty bad in comparison to Sam's club. Sammie's had better prices overall, their coupons are built in to the membership card, no need to go online for coupons or dig into a booklet for them. BJs is EXPENSIVE. Grabbing less than what we usually grab we ended up paying about $75-$100 over at BJ's. Also, this place could use a face lift from the way they got their store set up, down to some of the shoppers. Depressing in there.

I think it’s ridiculous that with all the handicap parking spaces that allows people to enter the store without walking in the parking lot is now useless when the entry door is closed on that side

Wow, went really downhill. Customer service is terrible. Employees were encouraging people to cut the check out line. After I was cut in line by about 20 people I went to customer service who said that it was acceptable. Nobody gives a crap.

Great mix of grocery and bulk items. Love their frozen appetizers for parties. Produce department could use some work. Dairy prices are fair.

When have been shopping here for about 2 years now. No issues. You do have to shop around and know your prices. Some of the items are not good deals while some are. Definitely take advantage of the coupons when you can. I recently purchased 2 sets of tires (set for my car and set for my wife's car) from their tire dept. The employees were friendly and helpful. I tried to order a particular tire from their website but it kept coming up as sold out. I called to inquire and they said they could order them for me but I have to come to the store for them to order them (they don't stock tires so you have to order them and make an appt. for install and you have to pay for them in order to make an appointment.). They seem to know what they are doing and I was out in under an hour...... and without being told I needed $25k worth of work on my car. They usually have deals/coupons with their tires too so be on the lookout for those. As I said, I purchased 2 sets here and will be buying my replacement snow tires here next winter.

Uh oh watch out world I going to review BJ's Wholesale. I am going to drop some amazing jewels that's going to make you run out and become a member. What I did find out that BJ's may be a east coast thing. Oh Wikipedia say they are also in Michigan and Dirty Crusty Ohio. I won't hold that against them so for my friends in the mid west and west this is BJ's. BJ"s is not Costco but better than Sam's Club. Online an in store same price I like that. Now why do I have a membership here is it cause back in the day I was a member. No it's cause we got a deal for the first year. I shop here cause I happen to like their paper towels and they sell the lotion my Wife likes. That is reason alone to have a membership ok ok let me get to the good stuff. The good stuff like Poland Spring water, seafood, vegetables, fruits, chicken, beef and pork. The bakery keep the place smelling good electronics books clothes batteries furniture. Yes people you can food shop, clothes shop, tv shop pc shop candy shop furniture shop all in the same location ok done. Now is this a review or the rumblings of a mad man. What did you learn from this absolutely nothing. Oh yeah you learned not to read anything I typed and this will be a ROTD for sure.

We belong to Costco's an BJ. They both have ok prices. You have to watch for sales and coupons to get a really good deal.

This is a good BJ's for this area. It's located in a convenient & safe location with lots of parking, close to the entrance of the center. They have a nice selection of foods, and the staff is always super helpful. The food court has some yummy snack options while you shop.

I have to question the validity of some of these positive reviews! I don't really have a problem with the products, but you definitely have to be an educated consumer. Sorry to say there are more rude and unfriendly employees than there are nice and competent ones. Really shocked that these people are actually in the customer service industry! I guess they don't have to try because since Sam's Club closed down, unfortunately, they're the only game in town. Save the membership fees folks, it's not worth it!
