Many customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, including a new employee who provided excellent service. Food tasting samples are a popular attraction, and while check-out can be confusing with self-service options, staff are available to assist. Overall, BJ's is a great place to shop for quality goods.
Not sure i wznt to give a wholesale club 5 stars, but staff was actually available and helpful...which many box stores seem like you can go days before seeing staff...they had what we wanted and some unexpected good deals. Not crowded, lots of parking.
